I dropped off my car this morning for detailing. Both of my dogs are big shedders. I didn’t think it would be possible to get all the dog hair out, but somehow they miraculously did it! The car legitimately looks brand new. I’m amazed! I’m going to become a regular customer. They are SO good!!!

Extreme service..... The gentlemen there truly take their time to detail your vehicle to produce that showroom finish inside and out. The service really is at a higher level. Ive never seen anyone detail the inside of a vehicles wheel wells before. That alone did it for me. Yeah, this place is the spot. Well beyond a 5 star rating.

Bernard and team are the BEST!! I inherited an older car with stains all over the carpet, it almost looked like it was used as a trash can with wheels. Unique II Auto made it look like it just came off the lot! Stains were gone and the outside looked brand new! Not only does my car look incredible, but Bernard offers the best customer service. He updated me as the day went on and even called afterwards to make sure the car was up to standard! If you need a miracle for your car - or even just want to show it a little love - this is the place!

Mr. Bernard was very professional .. He out did hisself with my car and this was my first time coming! I love how everything was wiped down and the car scent he used. These guys are AMAZING! Yesterday I went in and they went above and beyond for my car! Somehow they managed to get the slime out of my car seats! I have kids and there were so many stains. The car looks and smells brand new! Highly recommend!

I dropped off my 1953 Austin English Taxi there a day ago... I don’t have It back yet... but can’t think of a negative review.. I was always amazed with the amount of cars always there... the place is always busy, obviously people are going back. The owner and the other gentleman I spoke to are very nice and professional, I have 6 cars and they all will become part of their schedule.Can’t wait to see the results!!

This place is incredible. I took my wife’s car here, which was a total mess! When I got it back it was immaculate. Bernard was very helpful and $100 less than the closest competitor. I’ll be heading here from now on for all of my car detailing and washing needs.

These guys did an amazing job on my Camry. Had it looking spotless. Interior was immaculate when they got done. Even got the oil stains and gum out of the carpets.

Friendly staff and great prices. They work really fast and I loved the results. I will definitely be back and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Initially did a nice job on my Chevy Impala, but a couple hours later the whole interior was covered in white stains that appeared to be from unfiltered water drying on the black interior. I ended up needing to do the entire interior over on my own. Not sure if they just rushed through it or what, but I was pretty disappointed.

Will NOT be returning brought 2 cars in and they both were unfinished exterior and interior both looked like they were hardly touched. I don’t recommend take your business to a business that deserves it and get your money worth. I am highly disappointed their work is unacceptable. I wouldn’t give this place one star.

Just got my Camaro back from Unique 11. I cant say enough! I was just overwhelmed at the incredible job that was done on a major body finishing project, by buffing, sealing, waxing. An almost impossible job done well! Bernard Bronner was incredibly expertise, and incredibly nice, oh yeah, and dont forget highly professional! I consider myself fortunate to have considered his services, and will continue to from now on! I will also advise all my friends, family, and co-workers to give him a try, also. I took my Camaro here and they did an absolutely wonderful job...and the car really needed it - it was covered in sap! It now shines as bright as the day I drove it of the showtoom floor. Great service, nice guys and I will be visiting them again as well as spreading the word...take your car here!!

I would only let this shop detail my cars. The have the experience to do a detail and not ruin you cars paint. So many automotive detailers out there today do more damage than good.I will not use anyone else.

Macons best little known secret. Best value in getting a hand car wash and wax. Ive lived in Macon all my life. Trust me I know what Im talking about.
