I typically dont use the drive-thru car wash, I normally frequent hand wash places. But my friend decided to get a quick wash before our date. He was extremely impressed with the way his rims turned out. They were extremely clean. The facility was very up-to-date, and we loved the unique design of the brushes. The vacuums were very powerful and efficient. The staff was courteous & answered all of our questions. They also offer a detail kit for a few bucks with additional cloths. Giveem a try!

Loved this futuristic drive thru car wash. It was quick, everything was clean and in working order. Best of all it cleaned my rims and dried my small suv pretty good.

They have many wash option and a membership program. You can pay at a cashier or through their app. After your wash you utilize the free vacuum. At the vacuum area they have a detail kit available for $3 to further polish your car. Staff is friendly.

Best car wash in town for the money. And any size vehicle even handicap vans can use it.

While passing through Macon we visited this car wash on 03/27/2021. We had a very pleasant experience here. The location is modern (visually), you can literally smell the freshness before your vehicle enters the cleaning tunnel, the self-serve vacuums are powerful, and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this car wash.

Best car wash in macon..1 minute from start to finish..

Ive had a membership for the top-tier wash for my Ford Mustang since this location opened. I brought my rental vehicle to Tommys, which is temporarily replacing my Mustang, and asked Mr. Ron if I could possibly use my membership to do one wash on my rental vehicle. Coolest car wash Ive ever been through. Only thing is the trunk never gets clean (thats with any automatic carwash Ive experienced). Just wish there was a back sponge thing or something. Either way my car looks great!

NEVER COMING BACK!!! Cant even get fresh bird poo off the hood. Got the $10 wash. Parked to vacuum and looked closer at my car and the wash did VERY LITTLE. Employee came over and chastised me on why the $20 wash wouldve cleaned it. Very sub-par carwash and deplorable employees.

Went through 3 times to get bird feces off of my car and it didn’t work. The employees tried pressure washing as well. Finally I asked for my money refunded and the general manager denied it because I went through the wash 3 times. Makes no sense. But poor quality. Just wanted to try a new place and I won’t anymore

The brushes leave marks on the clearcoat ,, i wont use them again.

I have a lifted truck and this car wash was able to accommodate me when many others cannot. I bought the membership and now I can use different locations and I run though several times a week. Great place!!

Great atmosphere and very efficient

Purchased the middle grade wash and was surprised to see that most of the dried on bug goo was gone. Most car washes leaves so much behind. Really enjoyed being able to clean my floor mats as well, awesome perk! (Do kinda wish it dried the mats a little more though) All in all, great place and I will be back!

Its ok. The sliding belt means your wheels dont turn as you go through the wash. I think this makes it harder to get the wheels clean since the brushes cant get at them from different angles as they rotate. The wash also didnt do a good job cleaning the rear of the vehicle.

Mr.Ron and the staff at Tommy Express Car Wash are great! They are the best in Macon, Ga. I drive all the way across town to use this car wash. My car comes out clean and spot free every time I go.

Wonderful experience each time I have visited the wash(which is typically a few times a week). Im met with a smiling face each time I approach the entry of the wash tunnel and exit with a clean vehicle. Theres no adhesive membership sticker that has to be placed on your vehicle windshield as your vehicle tag is utilized to identify your membership status. Hands down the best car wash around from the friendly and helpful staff to the state-of-the-art washing equipment. They also provide free vacuuming stations! Try it out and you will not be disappointed!

The wash does a good job and the atmosphere is so nice and clean. My favorite thing is the mat cleaner that actually cleans the mats! I have not seen this type of machine at any other facility around! Very impressive. The only negative is that you do have to pay for the interior cleaning kit that most other washes offer for free but right now during the pandimic most are not providing theses things as they would have in the past so actually Tommys is ahead of the game with this..So I just grab my own towels and window cleaner (both can be purchased at the dollar store) and problem solved. Overall great experience!

Wasnt going to complain but since Google asked. Very disappointed, no prewashing windshield, bumper or rear of vehicle. No glass or multipurpose cleaner included , they charge $3.00 for it. Not the best value when all the other car washes in town include it.

Amazing customer service!

Was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and superior customer service. The car wash is fully upgraded and left my car very clean and shiny. Vacuums have excellent suction which many places do not. I will also be purchasing the monthly unlimited membership which allows me to go to various locations.

A must avoid!!!! Went through this experience seeing a massive color issue with this establishment! They have a majority white workforce and only a few black employees! chatted with the only one there and I could have sworn he said they call him token.

After three trips through this facility, i have come to realize that their policies dont cover insuring a clean windshield like their competitors up the street. Perhaps a visit by the crew to that other car wash can teach them how to clean a vehicle. If you are looking for me, you will find me up the street

I came by the Macon Georgia car wash, and they did a great job, and my car is now spotless! Usually I dont go by car washes because they are normally too much or leave smudges and water marks, but this one is great. I would suggested it for anyone else to at least try, and I am going there from now on.

This place is the best car wash I have been to. And the employees were very polite and respectful AND helpful!!! I wish I had won some free washes. There prices are very reasonable.

I’m a big fan of Suds. Their wash is first-rate. Their detail area is top-shelf. They have staff who brush the front and rear of your vehicle before the wash begins. They provide cleaning supplies in the detail area with proper shade from the hot summer sun. They give you a free air freshener. They have two types of vacuum heads; one for carpet, the other for tight spaces. And as if all that isn’t enough, they even feature a compressed air nozzle for cleaning the tiniest hardest to reach spots like dashboard corners and air vents.Tommy’s has none of this. I’d rate them half star, but this is not possible and you can’t post a review without a rating.Go to Suds. Your car will thank you.

The Prices are too high other carwashes nearby give you wash cloth and cleaner they don’t do a pre-wash and it’s not a guarantee clean vacuums does not have great suction and won’t reach the heart spots like most other carwashes have theAbility to do so and got rid of the best employee. Want to get a car wash do it yourself or another one nearby that 10 times better plus got rid of the best employee

Its new so equipment is up to date, but pricing is too high for me for a car wash.. Its a car wash club that you join up with for continuing debit card deductions. I dont like that type arrangement... Fountain Car Wash off Hardeman Ave. seems to be a much better value for your money and also the car wash next to Moores furniture on Riverside Dr.. Its a better value to get your car washed.

I am very pleased with Tommys Express. The basic wash is a good value for us. We wash a minimum of once per week so our cost is around $5 per wash.

Prices are low and services are great

The place looks nice new and clean. Unfortunately, the wash did a generally poor job of washing my truck. There was not a lot of contact between the brushes and my truck, and it just didnt get my truck very clean. The high pressure rinse was very low pressure and didnt wash all of the soap off. Since they dont provide free towels (like Cherry Blossom across town), you cant wipe the extra soap off. Also the vacuums are generally clogged with napkins and other things people have sucked up.

I have a customized vehicle that cannot go through most express car washes. Tommys was an exception. My vehicle not only was able to clear all areas, but also exited the wash clean as it should be!
