I was clueless about body shops in the area but I was referred here by the company that took responsibility for my repair. I didn’t know what to expect and I was shocked. Most companies try to take advantage of a woman but they welcomed me in their establishment. Came right out and gave me a fair estimate. Ordered the parts and did a great repair job. Beyond that they helped with other concerns I had about my car and my fiancé’s truck. Then they referred me to an auto glass company that I was extremely pleased with their work too. They welcomed me to come back any time I need them in the future and after the impression they left, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. They were great.

My experience with H&H and Mr Dan Hamm deserves no stars at all. One star would suggest that they did something right. Since it’s not an option to rate them accordingly, one star it is. In a small town it seems quite normal to have low standards when it comes to professionalism, quality, integrity and craftsmanship. Having said that, I’d like to make it known that I’m not from this small town, and my standards appear to be much higher than its lifelong occupants. My suggestion to anyone reading this review is to venture to Macon or Warner Robins for better service. H&H’s shortcomings will leave anyone with high expectations wondering how it’s possible for some people to be absolutely terrible at their profession. By this statement I am absolutely implying that the shop is in desperate need of leadership. If anyone would like photographic documentation of the disaster that took place at H&H, it’s not hard to track me down.****UPDATED****Justin has made many false statements and Google has a character limit and I cant shorten it enough and still relay all the data. Bottom line, his leadership is trash. Attention to detail, trash. The final product is trash. He complains about money, not my problem. $35? Hard to believe but ok. Charge more to the insurance companies. Justin verified my truck was in a blind spot between cameras when the box was broken into. Dont make so many mistakes and you wont have to pay out of pocket. I have USAA, State Farm was the other guys insurance. Like Justin said, minor fixes, some expensive items. Sounds easy, many mistakes made. Pay attention and put out a good product, you were the first to touch the truck and the last. You should have done a thorough inspection to make sure it was acceptable to hand back to me. You failed. I wouldnt have posted this EARNED review if I hadnt heard that I was being talked about. I thought it was done and over. While I dont care what your opinion of me is, I felt I needed to let the public know how I was treated, primarily by Dan. Now the truth comes out. Enjoy the photos folks! Justin if you want to squash it, come to the house and tell me to my face how sorry you are for this and for whoever was running their mouth. Bring Dan with you. Say youre sorry, own you mistakes and it will all go away. Or simply live with it knowing you were in the wrong with the truck and the false accusations and assumptions you posted in your rebuttal, either way, I dont care. Yes CC did destroy my old bumper and new bumper. Jason apologized for his welds and paint. Zach is a friend and is fixing your mistakes. Dont be a teenager trying to spread rumors about something that wasnt said about both those parties. Justin you werent mentioned at all in the initial post, that was done on purpose.
