Jennifer the sales representative has a very rude and inconsiderate attitude. I’ve been with this company for over 5 years and since had exceptional customer service. Jennifer recently was hired probably within the last year and does not know the adequate information and tries to put you with the highest plan until you threaten to leave, then she tries to give you a better deal. Would not recommend this location.

My experience at Velox insurance was amazing! They made me feel very comfortable! I was greeted with a warm welcome and Bryan got me the best deal in Macon!

Rude poor customer service. Didnt even greet me I first walked in. The parking lot is small and difficult to get in and out of.

The agent working was very kind, patient and understanding. It was very busy when I came in but she kept a smile the entire time. I dont remember her full name but I think her first name is Jenniffer. I had been struggling looking for insurance because of my driving record but she kept looking and found something a lot cheaper than anyone else.

Definitely has my recommendations, great customer service, friendly environment it is guaranteed savings on the best auto quotes you will not be disappointed. I walked in for auto insurance quote and left happily with auto insurance coverage.

Great prices I dont know about 45 bucks insurance but they can help you find low rates.
