Let me start by saying. IF you sell a product or service, you must know what your selling. IF you act like you sell insurance, you should know what is good for your customer, etc...Tidwell & Hillburn will SELL you a policy and it isnt worth the paper its printed on for theft. This agency doesnt own or sell a product they have invested it, they merely broker insurance for the companies and get paid a commission to sell you. Never mind if it is going to cover what is STOLEN off your property, with video footage. They care about the SALE, and nothing more.

Excellent Agent with Cole Tidwell. Been with him for over 4 years and has helped me make Macon Water Authority one of the best water operations in Georgia! Together Cole and myself have implemented safety policies and procedures that have dropped our WC Mod from a 1.30 three years ago to the present .93. Saving us a high mid 5 figures in premium!
