They charged $284.39 to repair my dryer. Only replaced the thermostat and thermostat. Three months later dryer quit!!! They would NOT warranty their work! Wanted me to pay to have them come “try” again. Total waste of money. Do NOT use them they don’t warranty their lousy work! Even when they did the $284 replace I had to have the man take the panel apart and redo because he put it back together wrong! Lousy work all the way around! They deserve 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. They will NOT warranty the work.

Excellent experience with this company on a couple occasions. Steve is very knowledgeable and professional. Worth the fee for a job well done.

S & H Maintenance were on time when they came out to look at a dryer that wasnt working. The service technician diagnosised the problem and was able to fix it. Rather than having to buy a new dryer my old one is working just fine now. The price he charged was very reasonable.

Gentleman was very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable but I felt that $88.00 was way too much for him to tell me what I already knew. When I first called, I told them that my ovens bottom coil was burned out and that the temp control wasnt working. He came and after 15 minutes, told me what I had already told him. He then said he would have to get me the price and check availability on the parts but he needed the $88 for the service call. He did tell me that the $88 dollars would count towards my repair if I chose to fix it.The next day, his secretary called with a quote of $396 to replace the bottom heating element for the oven & the electronic control board. She proceeded to tell me that would be in addition to the $88, not including it. This quote to repair a 27 year old GE Electric Range. I looked up the parts on Amazon & found the OEM GE Factory replacement control board for $113.50 and the bottom element for $26. So Im assuming the other $250 was labor??? At any rate, had it been a newer, more expensive oven, I might have gone ahead & had him fix it to save time, but as it stands, I was able to find the exact same, self cleaning GE Range but 27 years newer at Home Depot on sale for$436+tax.

Called on Tuesday afternoon to have my dishwasher repaired. Kelly called the next morning to let me know an approximate time for the repairman, then called again when he was on the way. Quickly identified the problem but had to order a part. Thursday afternoon Kelly called again to let me know the part was in and to schedule the work. Called again when he was on the way. Both repairmen were pleasant, professional, and did a great job. Extremely pleased with the entire process. The total price was for parts, labor, and one service call, even though the repairmen came to my house twice. Would highly recommend S & H and would gladly use their services again if the need arises.

Great service! You cant go wrong with this S&H Maintenance they are honest quick , very friendly and professional. I had a AC problem they came out and fixed it the same day.. AC is working great now! I had hard time getting anyone to see about my AC problem quickly. While they were busy they still found time to take a look at my problem. I highly recommend!

Came out to my house and replaced a thermal switch and a thermostat on my Whirlpool dryer. Took only about 20 minutes to fix (if that long). Charged me an outrageous $197. I looked up the parts online and they only cost $25.00. $172 labor cost for 15-20 minutes worth of work. Will never call again. Google and YouTube are a wonderful thing.

DO NOT USE!!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE and BILLING!!! Billed for service call for their tech to come out to tell me that the door switch was not working...(which we told them before they came out)...Tech told me that he could not check the pump until switch was replaced and would have to order and come replace to further diagnose.... NOT TRUE... I purchased a multimeter and took the front panel off, tested the pump to find out pump was bad.... Ordered parts myself and replaced both door switch and pump and fixed myself....

When I scheduled the appointment to have my washing machine repaired on Monday morning, they assured me that I could go to work until they called to tell me they were on their way to my house. This worked out beautifully. Steve was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. It turned out to be a relatively simple repair, but he stayed until he was certain that the washer was functioning properly throughout an entire cycle. He even brought plenty of his own towels to clean up the water leakage, and he offered some helpful suggestions to prevent (or slow down) a recurrence of the problem in the future. Im very satisfied with my experience with S & H, and I will gladly call them in the future and recommend them to my friends. Thanks, Steve!
