I have been praying for a blessed, home repair Computer Company before the Christmas holidays, as both my HP Printer and my HP Tower/PC went out at the same time during the worst of the COVID-19 Virus 🦠 situation and during the holidays, I was referred to E-Direct, Inc., by a good mutual friend of ours, and Donny Munoz came out to our home as soon as he could get here, with in the first day I had called for a very serious SOS!! We needed to replace both of these very difficult to get online or even in a Store! I didn’t even know what I should be replacing these two items with, until Donny Munoz, who has this information about so many of these different Brands and how to get them online!! He was just as quick in getting them all connected with my iPhone and iPad for Air-Printing and my Computer had also been our only way of getting us properly Registered for our Vaccinations through the state of Florida! Which I was able to get my husband and myself registered and we had to get everything done through our new Dell Computer and printed out on our new Canon Printer! I have to say God Bless to Donny, his wife and family members as they were also dealing with their own personal family health issues during this time period! I have to say I would not trust anyone else with my home office & Computer needs, other than E-Direct, Inc.!! Which is a fantastic family business he works together with his Wife and his Father In Law!! Very well done! Since I had spent over an hour on the phone with a rep. from Spectrum and ended up with losing my email address I decided to call a specialist.Donny arrived and was very professional and resolved my problem with the computer email and also gave me advise on secure usage of my computer.I would recommend the company to anyone in need of tech assistance .

Life Savers , when my computer went down , I panicked .Thank goodness I found These guys , Not only were they able to get me back up and running, my computer is lighting fast and backs everything up automatically to my drive and the cloud , so now Im double protected .
