Even though I worked for a Fortune 500 Company for 18 years…I was terrified jumping back into the job market. Access Computer Training is an awesome computer school. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly as well. They are there to help every step of the way. A lot of info in 3 months so be prepared to dedicate a bunch of your time, but definitely worth it in the end!!

My experience with Kristin, Mike, Carmen & all the staff have been wonderful. Kristin is the owner of the Access Computer Training in Lutz, Fl. & she is also one of the teachers there. She takes you from the hand & doesnt let you go until you have understood the class. Mike is the other teacher & he also does it the same way. What I have love the most is, that if I didnt understand the class I can ask for extra help & Kristin or Mike are always willing to do that extra mile for us. That is what you call being a GREAT TEACHER, cause they go out of their time to keep helping us with out extra pay, cause they love what they do. Wow!! What an awesome training experience. Its been years since I was in a classroom setting to learn anything. Kristin Pellitier, the instructor and Carmen Ruiz, her Admin, made you feel at home the minute you walked into the classroom. There were snacks, drinks and computers we could use. I was apprehensive as to my learning abilities but Kristin made it so easy to learn and she was so patient when questions were asked or you fell behind. She loves all her students and it shows in her enthusiasm toward each student. When we had to go from the classroom to virtual classes, not a beat was missed. It was as if we had always been doing the classes virtually. It wasnt as much fun as being in the classroom but I think everyone adapted very well. From being through 3 months of her training in Microsoft Office, Google, File Management, resume/interview skills and Google I can definitely say I am proficient in all of them. The learning is intense but between the book, the classroom instruction, and videos of the classes through Google Classroom, you can easily understand. Whatever your schedule was after class, you had access to the videos 24/7. We also had access to Kristin and Carmen, when we werent in class, by having their cell phone numbers.I thank you Kristin and Carmen for everything. I want to take more! Maybe one day.

I felt really discouraged prior to finding Access Computer Training. After being employed with the same company for nearly a decade, I had become unemployed due to company downsizing, and I was uncertain about the future. I lacked confidence because I didnt have the skillset to land a position with the type of company that I desired. I had also been rejected and even ghosted after sending resumes and going on interviews. Proficiency in Microsoft Office was a requirement for the positions that I was interested in, so I needed to do something to make my dream a reality. I was also dealing with a lot personally, but I had a very positive and productive experience at Access Computer Training. The instructor Kristin was a top notch professional, who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, as well as patient. She even took the time to stay after class if it was needed by any of the students. Before attending Access Computer Training for the Microsoft Office Course, my confidence level was extremely low, due to my limited knowledge of how to operate a PC. It was an awesome learning experience. I had been out of school for quite a few years and was worried about being able to Do the school thing. This class has changed my life for my new beginnings, now I use the training every day and learn more all the time. Training has giving me the skills to use my computer with no fear, with making my own forms and filing my work, (finding where I put my work lol). I dont speak English very well and Kristin really helped me to understand in class even with my lack of language skills and lack of computer skills. I am very happy to have a teacher like Kristin. Kristin did a awesome job helping me learn the technology skills I have been away from for many years! Carmen was also very helpful with classes and accommodation also. Only negative was that I gained a few pounds with all the extra carbs she constantly shared with all of us...lol!
