They said they would send a tow truck in 35 minutes. its been 2 hours, still no tow truck. when i call to get an eta, they hang up or put me on hold and never come back. you cant cancel because theres a $60 cancellation fee so it seems like a scam to get people for $60 and never actually offer towing service. would not recommend!

Do not call this establishment expecting help. They kept telling me someone was on their way to help, it wasn’t until THREE HOURS later somebody finally decided to called and said they were coming. The b**** i talked too was rude as hell and was no help whatsoever. My phone was dying so i had to call another service which over charged me because im a woman. Soo if you’re a woman stranded by yourself, have a man call. Be safe

Called and received a quote. In desperation I agreed to a overly priced tow. Recieved a better rate on the tow so like a decent human being I called to cancel the tow. Customer service rep replies with thank you for waisting our time. I mean literally called back 10 min after. No tow truck dispatched anywhere near me out of a 35 to 45 min wait time. How much time did I possibly waist. 10 minutes. Wow I bet the guy hides in the bathroom on his phone longer. Poor attitude.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Called this Tow service at 6:30AM to tow a vehicle 9 miles away. They told me a driver would contact me but no on did. They said it should be 30 min. After 45 min I called and was put on hold for 20 min. I hung up and called back and they said the driver would call me and they were 20 min away. I waited another 30 min, did not get a call, and called them back. Now it’s been over 2 hours and the driver is still 20 min away. They charged me 60-70$ for a cancellation fee for a service that was promised and not met. This is the worst tow service. They just make you wait to the point of cancellation charges, gunna contact the BBB, this place need to get charged with punitive damages for bad work practice

Cheap Towing Los Angeles and found their name on Google. They were fast and came right away. They know what they are doing and are very nice. Paid $100 and gave me the cheapest quote from any tow place. Thanks again for turning a horrible day to the best day.

A total scam. I called and got a really good quote for a tow. I gave them all my information and they said it would be $159 for my tow. They also said my tow truck driver would contact me in 30 minutes and he didnt contact me at all. An hour later, the driver showed up and was super rude. He said well talk about the price once we got back to my house. Once he had already towed my car back to my house the total amount had doubled. What choice did I have? I was forced to pay literally twice the price for labor fees. He barely did any labor and I was out a lot of money I didnt have. Dont get scammed like I did. Theyre called Cheap Towing but, I found them anything but cheap.

After calling AAA for a tow and being told they couldnt find a driver who would drive 50 miles to the North Bay, I sat wondering how long Id be stuck on the side of the road. It was my lucky day because there was one driver out there willing to do it. An hour later Will and family pulled up after spending the day watching the Blue Angels. Every experience Ive had here has been fantastic. I honestly dont ever want to deal with another dealership. The Internet sales team is fantastic, and they work very hard to get you what you want for what you can afford. This is a call center that is scamming the tow industry do not use them look at there pictures they answered with one name and when the tow truck showed up it was a completely different name and different address. They Take a cut of the money for calling a company that is on the list. and the tow trucks they send out are not insured. They dont do any checking of backgrounds you maybe sitting next to a sexual offender
