I went to Kelmark Tow to look at my stolen car the police recovered. It was a Sunday so there was 1 guy at the counters. I presented my DL, police report, and insurance info as proof of ownership so they could release the car to my insurance. I then asked if I could see my car and take pictures and Tony (the guy at the counter) said sure and gave me a document. All in all, the guys I met there were really cool and was on my way home in about 15 minutes. I dont know the situation during auctions, but that was not the reason I went here. So Im going to rate Kelmark Tow 5 stars 🤩

Expensive but got my van back after being stolen. Dave was great a a big help.Very good experience with Dave in yard and Eric at the Counter.

Got my Stolen bike out of here. Make sure you get a release for the reporting agency and take proof of ownership. Save fees and time of going back multiple times.

After i got my car put they tried to bust a lien on my car for storage fees when I paid everything in full. Was a hassle at dmv to correct everything sheesh

Called ahead and they told me everything id need to pick up my car. In and out with my car in 15 minutes. Just make sure you have the right paperwork and youre all good

Outrageous towing price!!!!!!! You better make sure your paper work is up to date. If your registration etc is not up to date you most definitely wont be getting your car.

Theyre only doing invitation only. You register and only a few are chosen. ITS FIX!!!!! I BET THE SAME PEOPLE GET CHOSEN!!!! Used to be a decent place to get a car. But COVID IS THE REASON!!!

Quick and friendly, I had no problems because I first called for the amount and what paperwork was needed. I was at fault, for not reading the signs before I parked. Can only be upset with myself not the tow company.

Employees bid on cars! This means they have a much better idea of how cars run, they drive up prices on every single good car. I wish that i could give 0 stars. They bid on 40% of the cars 12 out of 30 and won 10 of those bids. Completely one sided tow yard for auctions, they will not let you check out the cars and hide water container and such (signs of a bad radiator) in the trunks. Other tow yard are much more legit and honest to ward public bidding.

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUE IN YOUR CAR. THIS TOWING SERVICE WOULD STEAL ANYTHING YOU LEAVE IN YOUR CAR. MY FATHERS CAR WAS TOWED AND WHEN HE PICKED IT UP, HES GAS INSIDE HIS TRUCK WAS VERY LOW, THEY TOOK SOME OF HIS TOOLS AND SOME CAR PARTS FROM THE TRUCK. THIS IDOTS STOLE GAS OUT OF THE TRUCK. PLEASE DONT NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

I called to get information on the vehicle that was towed the guy on the line was extremely rude. I asked if i could show proof i was the owner at the time if they could provide me with more information or what i could do and he said no i cant and so i said well hat can i do and he started being aggressive and said the only way is if you have proof you owned the vehicle.

They have my car and all my belongings left me in the streets to suffer in the cold

I would give them zero if there was the option. Very rude and unprofessional attitude. I went to their auction to buy a car and didnt like how they treat customers. You will be frisked in order to enter the site. Worse they take hours to give you your paperwork. Be prepared to spend the whole day at their location.

As far as service, the guy who took my call was a bit rude but I cant blame him after seeing some of the clients these people have to deal with. Other than that, this is a very professional business.

I got the ride of a lifetime at this place at the monday car auction. I bid on a Mercedes Benz ML 320 on drove out there with it for 520.00 dollers. Wow I am blessed .

The date and times you are showing are not correct. I work for Kelmark Tow our auction is on Mondays @ 10am until the last vehicle is sold, we have a viewing period from 9am till 10am. please correct this information ASAP.

Car was been stolen and Officer who found the car said that its in good condition.When I ready to pick it it up everything inside the car was been stolen even the battery. We heard also from another guy that he ask Kelmart to Tow his car because he got an accident & found out that his cell phone is gone & the plate no. of the car.Hope this will a lesson.

Called this number to ask if vehicle was stored in this location. Man who answered the phone had the worst service ever. He hung up on me the first time I called, second time but me on hold for over 20 minutes and the 3rd time he finally decided to assist me
