Scheduled a Geek Squad service appointment. Best Buy called to confirm my appointment window for 3-7pm, Geek Squad technician called to give me a 1-3pm arrival window. He actually arrived at 11:30am, and because I was on a work call and couldnt pick up, they said I was a no show and made me reschedule for a week later. But thats not the frustrating part - in my attempts to understand what happened, I spoke to 4 different people at 3 different locations - all before my actual appointment time - and no one could provide me a reason why someone wasnt coming during my scheduled appointment time. How is their mistake always the customers fault? And why is it that there is no way to hold Geek Squad accountable for a paid service?

I recently went to have a radio installed for my car with the geek squad and had a terrible experience. The worker who attended me was not friendly at all; he did not bother to greet me or confirm any of my information for the appointment. Instead, he simply demanded I give him my car keys and proceeded to do his own thing without walking me through the process. When I went to pick up my car I noticed the worker was using my AC which lead to my gas tank losing a lot of gas- almost one eighth of the tank was depleted. As he handed me my car key, I noticed my keychain was chipped and he claimed that the part fell off as he was removing it from the ignition. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but upon inspection I realized the metal key chain was literally broken and could have only happened from a lot of force being applied. He did not walk me through any of the stereo features besides Bluetooth connection, and I later found out that the audio mic was not working for phone calls. Furthermore, the radio itself makes a loud noise every time I shut the car off. To make matters worse my car stopped working the next day which is an anomaly. I am furious that I had a terrible experience when it came to installing my car radio. I would NOT recommend this location for installations and given the poor customer service I would advise against consultations too.

Im very grateful and happy with the swiftness Geek Squads Angel was able to go behind my system administration and return control of my computer to me. I went online via phone to set-up an appointment, and there was one available in less than 1 hour. I packed-up my system and arrived a bit early. There was only 1 person in line before me, and a second technician came out and we both were being helped without more than a moments wait. Angel was professional, swift and in less than 15 minutes, had me up and running again. Im very happy.

I have a service policy for my computers at Best Buy. The Geek Squad technicians have been wonderful to me. They have been able to bring back computers that I thought were gone forever, saved my data and have treated me as an equal (and not as a senior citizen who doesnt know anything.) I am so grateful to have discovered a place I can trust so much.

I live up the street from this location and thank goodness. I could go everyday. The store is super clean. Everyone is nice and efficient. I popped in yesterday to have something checked out on my iPhone. Staff. at the Genius Bar helped me out. He is super knowledgable and a very nice guy. Thank you Geek Squad !

This place is awesome. Historic, spacious, and clean. Geek Squad employees are helpful and focused, and definitely knowledgable. They know whats up and are always super helpful. I highly recommend this store for anything that needs to be done
