Daniel Santos has done our taxes for about 18 years now. We drive from Pomona just to come see him every year. The Best Tax guy around Los Angeles County. Not only that but it is a family owned business and they are very personable. We love to chat about where he has traveled with his family. We use to live in Boyle Heights but have moved to Pomona 15 years ago we will never get another tax guy!!!! Worst place ever!!!! Do not come here!! I got here at 1:30 was told 2 people ahead of me its 4 o clock now I have not been seen and they close at 4 and im told another hour wait this is ridiculous!! Santos tax dont lie about wait times tell your paying customers the truth from the start were busy got things to do places to go nobody has time for your waiting games. I would of really appeciated the truth from the start I could of just came back another day but nooo you guys are selfish dont care as long as you get your money right I waited so long for nothing didnt even get my taxes done. This was going to be my 3rd year doing my taxes with you guys now I will never file with you guys again!!! Horrible service!!!

Over charging for broker fee a grand total of 160$ not providing me a copy of the insurance quote and not allowing me to see the screen of his computer to see what he was adding on the Insurance policy that the seller name is Christopher Zepeda overall I gave you -5
