This is the only place I will come to get my taxes done. My uncle had been coming here for over 40 years so he referred me. My own tax specialist Mr. McNally at McNally and Associates passed away so I found myself here. I hate tax season because Im single and no dependents so I always get hit hard. But I like Ms. Jackie because she is honest. She will get me as much write offs especially since I can have alot of W2-G as she can but she doesnt try to cheat the system. She will tell me both the good and the bad. I also pay to get my mom taxes done. My mom is on social security but she can come home with alot of W2-G in a year as well. My mom got a letter from the IRS stating that she owes 12k for one year and 13k for another year and Ms. Jackie was able to get mom taxes filed and updated and they havent asked her about anything else. If you arent TurboTax savy and dont know what to do, I would suggest a professional especially if you have write off, deductions etc. The local liberty tax H&R block wont help you get everything. They are fly by night and do the bare minimum. So this is the only place for me unless something changes. She does business taxes as well. Small office staff of like 2 or 3 people. Office is open year round for other services as well.

I went here on the recommendation of a family member. The staff was very nice and welcoming and the service seemed great. After my taxes were electronically filed the problems started. There were 3-4 different mistakes on my federal taxes and my state taxes were NEVER even submitted and I didnt find out until April 13th. My federal taxes were rejected by the IRS a few times due to mistakes on Livingstons end. I ended up filing them myself on paper and sending them directly to the IRS. Who knows when Ill actually receive my refund. Needless to say I didnt pay them anything and I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.
