I am extremely satisfied with the service that I receive at Sunrise Outreach Center!! Everyone who works there are so very helpful and courteous!! They all have such positive attitudes and treat their Clients like Family!!

I was just there and despite the other reviews I have to say that since I walked in I was greeted with such friendliness that makes you feel comfortable the service from the Nurse doing the work was amazing I was impressed and want to continue with my follow ups she explain with detail how it works to how you have to take care of it after you get the procedure done thank you Lady’s for been that friendly and knowing how to do your job

I went in and paid spoke with the technician that was doing the removal and i changed my mind maria the front desk lady said she didnt know how to refund my money then said if i paid cash she could which makes no sence if no service is provided why would you keep my money? FRAUD! I need my money back from this place this is complete fraud, proceed with caution!UPDATE after this review Maria further proceeded to commit FRAUD by charging me again so I know have two fraudulent charges on my account. this is going to the attorney general and VISA as fraud. this is unbelievable. STEER CLEAR this place is a complete scam!California requires a nurse or doctor in the office this place has none at least not when I was there.

Hands down highly recommended. Other facilities wanted $400/visit, but Sunrise is doing it for less than half of that. By far this place is the most affordable tattoo removal in all Los Angeles county. But wait, dont take my word for it, do the research then hit them up. Aside from being affordable they have friendly, down to earth staff. Once again, you cant beat a low price and friendly staff these days....LOL

Maria and her staff are amazing! They are kind, helpful and doing a great service for the community. I am totally shocked here to read the negative reviews!If someone comes here expecting the same fancy service as a profit-based office charging more than double the price, you may indeed be let down. However if you want honest and friendly people, following hygienic standards completely and charging the minimal fee they need to keep the place open, I promise you will not be disappointed!!I never thought I would be able to justify the cost of having my large back tattoo removed, as the quotes I received were insane. Sunrise Outreach Center made removing my tattoo accessible, and is allowing me to be the tattoo-free role model I want to be for my kids.

The lady who runs this place is the extremely unpleasant and treats her customers like trash. The two times I went there the price of my removal session was $125 plus numbing cream price. I came back a year later the lady says “oh the paperwork I have doesn’t say $125. You have a lot of tattoos it’s gonna be $200” I was frustrated it agreed to it. Then the following visit. The same lady says “oh I didn’t realize you had all those tattoos (the same as last visit) and then tried to raise the price again to $300 per session plus the cream. By then I’m looking her dead in her eye because I know she’s being an ass. As this is going on her assistant in the back is laughing to her self because she knows her boss is being ridiculous with me. When I began to ask why the price change she begins to dismiss me saying “she doesn’t have time she has other customers. I began to take it personal but a lady in the waiting room told me this is how she treats a lot of people. It’s very crappy customer service here. Check other places in other cities. I know these prices are low. But I found a place with the same price better results and nicer people.

Sunrise Outreach Center is by far the best service in tattoo removal. This is a nonprofit organization that brings affordable tattoo removal to the community that is ran by a board. When you step into the office you may see a variety of clients, from youth needing tattoo removal to enter the military to women and men wanting to get clean skin and start over with a new perspective on life.As someone who has thought about tattoo removal, but could never afford it (even under a corporate paycheck) it was always at the back of my mind. Well, this service is a God send for those who do not want to shell out the credit cards or get stuck under any sort of credit pay plan or credit package that other more costly companies may offer.As the saying goes, this service really is for the people, by the people. The equipment they use is exactly the same as the more expensive companies. Other places strangle you financially!

This is the worst place! They are very unprofessional the person that attempted to do the removal had his daugther in the room while holding her in one arm and the laser in the other had. How is that professional and then on top of that he ran the laser over my finger not even targeting my tattoo I wanted to remove. He said I dont know what color the ink is so thats all I can do I dont want to burn your skin I know what the laser is supposed to feel like and look like when the laser comes in contact with the ink and there was no reaction , they got me for my money! Dont go there its a waste of your time , yes go spend money where you know your going to get the right care and treatment you pay for and professional people.

For me this is the worst place. once I had an appointment and called to confirm. Then when I got there, there was nobody. Because of that ( and other bad experiences I had there) I decided to look at other options, and found a better place .. Sunrise outreach was charging me $300 for each treatment which was OK with me, but now I found this place TATTOO REMOVAL INC.. And they are charging me $210 for the same treatment ! Nome cream only $15 (sunrise outreach $20)The service is completely different and THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS .

Prices are ok.not bad.....but lady that gives u the prices has an attitude so rude.they give you a price then can not honor it because you dont have proof.ridiculously
