I bought new construction, which turned out to be a very different process than buying a resell. The process took a lot longer since construction obviously takes longer than 30 days, and there were more issues to deal with since youre dealing with other parties than just the seller (builder, designer, city, etc). Ross was very responsive and did a great job in promptly taking care of anything that cropped up as well as keeping everything running smoothly.

I initially gave Ross a 5 star rating, but am downgrading because of an issue we had immediately after closing on our wonderful new house in San Pedro. We were not encouraged to get a termite inspection during escrow, which I now know is a very obvious and basic thing in any real estate transaction. Had Ross encouraged us to get a termite inspection, along with the other inspections that we scheduled, we could have saved ourselves a lot of headache and unanticipated expense now. So, do you homework folks.
