In terms of communication, he was able to tell us when he would be unavailable, and returned messages right away otherwise. Jon was very respectful regarding the involvement of other family members in the decision making process. Once we arranged a time to visit California and see homes, we found him to be very organized and focused on scheduling and maximizing time in seeing properties. In fact, due to his research and diligence, we saw seven properties in one day, and we decided on the 3rd. That left us open to having an extra day as a much needed vacation. Once we returned home, he was very resourceful and helpful in follow-up and sharing all related documents related to the closing. We dont know much about the Southern California housing market.
