I visited Pierres about a month ago. I was shopping for my second piano to have here in LA. He is a great guy. He was really friendly to me and my husband. He let us explore and play the pianos. I had a lot of fun! If I decided to get a Kawai, I would have bought one from this store. Its a certified Kawai dealer. (I ultimately decided on something else, because I have a Kawai baby grand already at my parents house.)

Awesome service from the initial call. Took in my Korg Karma for repairs on a Saturday afternoon. Got a call Monday morning from Pierre saying it was ready for pickup. I encourage all with keyboard issues to call them 1st. Ive had previous repair shops keep my gear up to a month before I got the call. Cool place to visit if you are in the area. Thanks a lot.. Update: Pierre went out of his way to help me replace a pair of defective Dexibell headphones, free of charge. I don’t know of any other piano store that treats their customers this well.————————————————————There are several things I really like about Pierres Fine Pianos: The selection of high-end Kawai acoustic grands & Kawai Digital Pianos (I dont know of any other piano store in SoCal that stocks these pianos) is hard to beat. The Steinways grands and Fazioli concert grand are also worth checking out. The prices on some of the rebuilt Steinways that I played are very competitive, and merit the 90 minute drive in LA traffic.I recently purchased a piano from Pierre and have had a very positive experience. He offered the piano as a package deal with necessary accessories at an excellent price, contracted A. Garcia Piano Movers on my behalf at a very reasonable rate, and has even gone so far as to help me troubleshoot a technical defect with the included headphones. I have dealt with Piano dealers in the past wherein I paid just as much money and did not receive this kind of service.
