Vintage king charged me for 2nd-day delivery but, was not delivered as paid. I reached out to them instead of refunding the money for 2nd-day delivery they refused. Then emailed me to say because it was ordered on a Friday the shipping was correct. The fact that this incorrect and you’re making an excuse to keep my money is unacceptable. The order was done on Thursday and not Friday. Ill never go business with them again. The money is no longer the issue. The idea of not displaying integrity speaks volumes. The idea of lying about an order for the money leaves me speechless.

Experience is key for pro audio and the people at Vintage Kings have big experience. Most audio stores just try to sell you on whatever they can get their hands on. They can get their hands on whatever piece of equipment you need so that’s not an issue here. Give them a call they’re easy to talk to. (Missing 1 star because their people are busy busy)

Cant go inside the shop, so boo for that, but picked up my new interface and monitors (still on backorder) from their curbside pick up option. Wish I could go in, but the playground is off limits during this crazy time.

I went in to buy 2 hand held mics, not knowing what to expect. They had some narly equipment in the back, and Im sure Im one of the small orders theyve had, but they were great. Super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

They’re more then willing to work with you and bundle freebies into purchases (I’ve gotten several mogami cables with purchases). The sales staff is really laid back, not pushy, but exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll only buy from vintage king.

I went there with a friend to check out some speakers, and while I was in there our car got broken into. The staff was already super chill about showing us speakers, but they really came through in helping us clean up the window and even looked up nearby repair shops for us. I’m really grateful for their help and I also ended up with a SICK new pair of monitors.Anyway, I highly reccomend parking inside their gate if you go there. You’ll thank me later.
