I love volunteering for Vanderpump dogs. I believe in the cause, and worship dogs. I just adopted a dog from this amazing place. The prices are very reasonable for grooming and all the animals are loved and very well taken care of. What these sweet dogs have endured, they only deserve the best, like All animals.Peace and Love!

Greedy. I have taken my pup to Vanderpump because I liked the fact she takes care of animals but what I am not happy with is the fact that they have increased their prices 2 times in the last year. I have a 20lbs Westie and at first the cost was $60. Then the next time it was $70 and I just called now, and the price has increased to $90. What the hell. I booked the appointment and also said that there will not be a tip because of the in sane increase in the price. I will also will be looking for a new groomer. Some of us have been hit hard by Covid to raise the price that much during the pandemic is not cool.

Really great experience, with a warm, well informed welcoming staff. Feel in love with Issac, a 3yr old basset hound mix who connected with from theGet Go. He has a Number of interested adopters, ahead so hell end up in great home. The other dogs were teacup, and were all cute!

I love this place! They take amazing care of the fur babies there and I love all of the cute clothes and merchandise for the pets and parents alike! I love their mission and helping animals find better lives! 😍

Very unique experience. Anyone who advocates for the rights of animals is deserving of ✨✨✨✨✨. There isnt a lot of places out there like it - yep the prices are a little high but the products are really special and your animals deserve a bit of luxury. This place has better service than Lisa Vs restaurants too :)

We recently adopted an adorable rescue from Vanderpump Dogs. She is sweet and was well taken care of. This is the coolest little dog parlor I’ve seen. The do dog cuts and dog grooming on site.

This place is super cute, the dogs they had were adorable. They had a nice selection of dog and people clothes, cute dog treats. Definitely a place to stop by if you have a dog and want to get them something. Got my pup a cute wine bottle and track jacket with the logo on it. They are nice.

Of course we came because of Lisa, anyway the store is magnificent, shopping is easy, it is an expensive as I thought, the staff is amazing. Really fun!!! The fact they support so important causes to protect and help pets is a reason to keep coming and support them.

Im not an RH or a Pump fan, and it takes a lot to get me to weho, Im just a lady who loves her Pomeranian. We had a great experience here... The groomer, Brian, totally listened to my crazy pom mom grooming/haircut requests, even looked at a reference pic on IG and made me feel reassured the pom would not be leaving with a teddy bear cut. My pom came back looking amazing. Silky, soft, subtly trimmed up with the most beautifully trimmed paws and legs, just perfect. $100 incl tip for the whole shebang and I dont regret it one bit. I might still have the pom washed and groomed inexpensively closer to home but every month or so Ill be treating him (and myself) to an expert cut and blowout at Vanderpump dogs.

Made a grooming appointment here because my regular groomers were fully booked and my dog needed a grooming appointment ASAP. This was my dogs first appointment with Vanderpump Dogs and I was able to make it online. I was so excited because a friend of mine just had her dog groomed there and she had an amazing experience. Also, I adore Lisa Vanderpump. She was my favorite housewife. I thought driving from Rancho Palos Verdes would be worth it.Unfortunately, I was assigned Brian. First off, right when I walked in, I felt an unwelcome vibe from Brian. I dont frequent this place often, it was probably my 2nd time there. So I was unsure if I had to open the gate myself or wait for their assistance. Brian was in the back, saw me, then gestured me to come in. There was another worker who came from the cashiers table to approach me and greet my dog. He told me that Brian is there and would help me. He was very nice. Second off, maybe Brian was having a bad day or something, but he just seemed straight off annoyed. He was very meh. He took my dog, held her, and already said that she was matted in several places. Then he asked what I wanted. I said I wanted the Deluxe. And then he asked again, what do you want me to do? So then I realized he wanted to know how short and what style. So I showed him a picture. I told him that he could cut down the matted areas short if he needed to. He then explained, in a condescending manner, that he couldnt just take the scissors and cut off the matting, hed have to work on the matting first... blah blah blah... I was getting annoyed. I was like fine.. whatever you need to do. I left for a couple hours, came back to pick up my dog, and she looked wonderful. Thats the only positive out of this! But, they didnt put any ribbons on her. Other grooming places put ribbons on my dogs. Lastly, he then tells me that she was not well behaved and kept standing up and moving. I get it, its probably because of the matting. I told Brian that all her other groomers have only given her high praises and this is the first shes not behaved. Now I was really annoyed and knew that Id never come back here. I went ahead and tipped Brian fairly well and we bantered about keeping up my dogs grooming monthly. Im not coming back to pay over $105 dollars plus tip for feeling bad about not keeping my dog groomed to his liking. Its not worth the drive.

Jeff was the best!!! I will I would have brought all of them home if I could the living 3000 miles away made it very hard. Jeff let me hold one that I knew was Snappy and when my son leaned over to pet him he snapped at him and I thought it was the funniest thing ever!!!! I could have stayed there all day! No, I didnt see Ms. Lisa Vanderpump....😥 But the furbabies made up for it!!!

The ultimate 5 star experience! First and foremost, I made a decision to volunteer for a few hours as a way to get over my fear of dogs. I still cant believe I walked a dog! I want to thank the wonderful staff for making me feel so comfortable. The dogs were as sweet as can be and I no longer have a fear of dogs. The establishment is really nice and super clean. I had the chance to meet John, who was an absolute gem. John, thank you for being so welcoming, professional, and charming! Anyone interested in volunteering, feel free to message them. If youre interested in adopting a dog, theres an application process, but please please please do yourself a huge favor and make your way to the Vanderpump Dog Foundation. Theres 2-hours of street parking! Totally worth it!

This place is so awesome and the people working there are super friendly they treat the dogs with so much love and they are very friendly I recommend everyone to go there and adopt. they treat you with respect no matter what color or creed your always treated like royalty at vanderpumps.

Ive had 9 wonderful dogs in my life. The 10th one ... literally a miraclolous service dog ... came into my life via Vanderpump. Thank you, you miracle workers!

I have a 7 year old West Highland Terrier and he had been in upper Michigan for 7 months and was a mess when he got back. I took him to Vanderpump Grooming because I love the Vanderpumps for what they stand for about animals. I had taken him there before and the cuts were good. The groomer asked me how i wanted him cut i pulled out my phone and showed a picture he said no problem. He texted me about two hours later. I went in to pick up my dog and he told me the price of $80. I was a little shocked because before it was $65. Then all the sudden another person brought my dog Woody out. The cut was so perfect. Woody was white again he looked just like the picture i showed him. Woodys legs were so Beautiful just like a show dog. II did not hesitate to tip the man 15% on top of the $80. I cannot remember the groomers name but he was magnificent and my dog Woody looked and felt amazing. Thank you

I’m giving this 5 stars because I love what this represents and everything Mrs. Vanderpump is trying to do; however, parking in this entire area is a joke.We went about 45 minutes before closing and had to park so far away by the time we got to Vanderpump dogs they were pretty much closed despite the fact they should have been open for another 15 minutes. It never occurred to me to valet the car at a nearby restaurant.Oh well here’s a picture from the car.

They seem so professional, they have a great agenda. They take good care of their pups. I’ve been trying to adopt one, no success yet. Turned away 3 times, if you want a dog from here check adoptees everyday. I think they give the dogs to friends instead of clients

Martin is the best! Ive worked with him twice now (I requested him the 2nd time!)and he listened to my fears and made suggestions that really seemed to help. My little dog hates to go to the groomers but after with Martin, she feels better, she has a spring in her step and shes much happier after her pampering. Thanks Martin ❤ and Vanderpump Dogs❣

My poor dog had a horrible grooming experience with groomer, Patrick Miller. I had to take her to the vet because of her injury. It was an absolute nightmare.

I adopted my first dog ever here! Im not too interested in grooming, but when I brought Roxi here, they took the time to teach me about how to take care of her claws and what shampoo they use.As far as the adoption goes, there was so much support during the entire process. They could tell I was a little nervous as Ive never had a dog before but they let me come in anytime I had a question or if I needed help with something.

We bought our pug the bra and Hanky, and he absolutely loves them! Would like to see Panky available too

Vanderpump is ok. The pricing is a bit much just for the name Vanderpump. But the groomers are actually pretty good, and listen to what u want done to your dog. I’ve been goin here for a few months and I guess will continue until more places open back up.

Vanderpump dogs was great. Took my pooch Bella for a haircut and theraclean bubble bath. They are one of 3 shops who provide this service and the only shop that called me back to answer questions and set up and appointment. I came her specifically for the bath and Patrick was the groomer who took care of Bella. He did a great job and cut Bellas hair perfect. If your dog has sensitive skin that food can not fix try the bath. I watched a YouTube video and after seeing how it works I am glad to have found Vanderpumps and Patrick for Bellas grooming needs.

I am an animal lover and rescuer as well and admire everything Lisa does for animals. Shes remarkable. Miss her on DHOBH but understand why she left, shes too good for those ladies!

What day is it made better by playing with puppies? Walk in to the right and sign a waiver. Lots of branded products shop from. Water bottles, candles, dog leashes. And then play with the puppies but only get to stay there about a month before they are adopted. So go in and go often if you are in the market.Gabrielle, the volunteer was helpful with us and another couple looking for the right fit in their family. I think they ended up choosing the once abused cute little tan puppy.

Very cool dog rescue. We had a good time giving attention to some furry friends. They are careful to make sure that you have a good home for a dog before the adoption is final. I heard one of the employees mention the adoption fee is $500. The dogs are ready to go with shots and being spayed or neutered.The added interest is that its owned by Lisa Vanderpump, who is in the cast of Real housewives of Orange County.

My first time here and I will admit I was skeptical at first because of the name and bright pink everywhere (it looked, gimmicky to me) but once my gf and I met the dogs and saw their living conditions and how happy they all were my mind changed. Great place, happy animals, we will be coming back to adopt!

I like Ms. Vanderpump from all Ive seen plus the fact she is working against the Yulin Dog Meat Festival is really all I need to know to know shes the best in my book. I went to meet a dog that was listed as available on their website and when I inquired about her was told that they didnt know where she was or if she had been adopted, and then didnt do anything to ask or follow up.So as I was browsing I saw a dog that I wanted to meet (there were no signs saying I couldnt) and when I asked if I could meet him, the person working said no, didnt give me a reason and walked away. It made me feel very unwelcome and hesitant to want to go to Vanderpump in the future.

They are THE BEST. Amazing cause and amazing staff who really care about your dog like their own.

Adorable shop, wish they had more information on the adoption process. Staff didnt quite know the details, so how can we adopt? The few dogs there were cute but almost all had been applied for. The shop has cute accessories for your baby, and we were happy to purchase.

Came here to check out the store and grooming service. There was a tiny white Pomeranian being handled by a groomer. After what seemed to be the groomer man handling the pup to get it to stay he proceeded to comb the dog with a metal comb. The dog started to scream and cry from pain. At this point the groomer noticed me watching and proceeded to take the dog into a back room to only continue the aggressive combing. The dogs cries were audible throughout the store even behind closed doors. He walked back out with dog in hand with the fur on the back of his neck clearly pulled out. When I raised concern with him another associate walked up and with a complete snarky attitude told me they all do that and I can email someone if I have an issue. Dont leave your dog here with these people. They do not understand dog behavior nor do they know the limits to which you can push an animal. If a dog is completely matted as the guy said then a metal comb is only going to torture the animal. If you dont know the difference between a fearful dog and one in obvious pain then dont handle them. PERIOD

Im a huge fan of Lisa Vanderpumps. When we were told by our doggy spa care that our dog would do better with a second dog, we wanted to support Lisa and Kens efforts with Vanderpump Dogs. We went from San Diego to visit the store. There was a rescue that was going to need some extra loving and attention that pulled at my heart. His name was Andy after Andy Cohen on Bravo. We bought our fur baby some toys and treats that he loves during our visit. The store was everything youd except from Lisa. We called back in a few days to check on Andy and spoke with Hannah. Hannah was the perfect match for us. She took her time on the phone. She understood our concerns of having two dogs. She sent us videos of Andy and updates. Let me tell you that Hannah and Sarah went the extra mile to make sure it was the perfect addition to our home for us, our current dog and the best for Andy. We ended up adopting Andy and are so happy we could offer him his forever happy home. When we went to pick up Andy several cast members from Vanderpump Rules were there getting things for there dogs. Thank you Lisa and Ken for starting the foundation and helping these dogs that just want love and offer unconditional love in return. I can highly recommend Vanderpump Dog if you are looking to adopt, grooming, or high end dog goodies.

I went out to L .A. for vacay & one of my stops were Vanderpump Dogs. Was easy to get to...we parked our car at a garage & walked just a block or so. Got to spend time petting & loving all the sweet dogs. All the staff were super knowledgeable & professional, you could tell they loved what they do there. I wanted to take them all home, but I so enjoyed my time there. I even bought three affordable, well made collars for my fur babies at home, Do your self a favor when you are in L.A., go visit Vanderpump Dogs & your purchases go to help dogs in need. 🐶

I wont put down any business doing good for the animals, but I will say that if you want to rescue a dog and you are on a budget, there are other places where you can still get one without spending so much and they will come with all shots included. However, this place is great as well but Im just writing for those who dont know that there are cheaper options out there with four legged creatures still worthy of your love and time :)

All of the dogs were absolutely adorable and it was very clear they were all cared for. The employees were very upfront about potential issues with each of the dogs, and clearly placed a priority on finding the right home for each of them. My girlfriend and I are considering adoption. I can’t give five stars because I didn’t feel informed enough about the potential adoption process.

I love this place! Fun place to visit if you are a dog lover or a LVP fan. I got a sweatshirt, keychain, coffee mug, squeaky toy, and dog treats and it all went to a good cause.

The staff are really mean and seemed very annoyed that my bf and I wanted to see the dogs—like, isn’t that the whole point, hello?—and when we were asking questions about the dogs one woman actually rolled her eyes at us. We are going to find a dog from a different shelter where the employees aren’t demons.

Fun, clean, and a really great time just stopping by to share some love with the doggos. The animals are well cared for and very happy. Lots of fun treats and toys for pets and some clothing and other items for both pets and people!

Great place to adopt a dog and help save dogs from being euthenized and or become victims of the meat market in China. Make a point if you want to get a dog to stop by Vanderpump Dogs and meet the amazing dogs and staff. If youre not in the area stop by your local kill shelter and help a dog on death row out! They will love you unconditionally and you wont regret it.

I had an appointment March 14th at noon to introduce my dog to meet their poodle rescue “Buddy”. It was raining and of course this introduction needed to be indoors.We expected a space in a relaxed comfortable clean area. We were led to a hallway located btw their grooming area and an exit door. Dark, dingy, smelling of urine, no windows, adjacent to their supply room and a disinterested staff monitoring the interaction btw the dogs.Their rescue immediately peed twice and when he went # 2 I had to ask the guy to have it cleaned up!They have or had no other area for our dogs to meet.Unlike most rescues, there was literally no information available about this little guy or their other available rescues. The entire experience was stressful and extremely disappointing.We left refusing to support their operation. There are other dogs, sheltered with love that need forever homes. I’ll find a bestie for my girl, but not there

Everyone was so friendly working there! Wish they had more options on dogs, when my family visited only one dog was actually eligible for adoption at that time. My grandmas hopes on adopting were really high but couldnt move forward unfortunately. Cute shop though and lots of items for purchase as well.

Staff is great and knew the stories of all the dogs we asked about. Really great that theyre able to save these dogs from the streets and such. The decor is pretty over the top for a pet adoption service but it really is a great thing theyre doing here.

Place is very pretty but adoptable dog area is not kept up. It smelled very strongly of urine. Dog enclosures were dirty and had urine in them.

Benji (Yorkie) loved the smells and sounds of this quaint dog Haven in the middle of Beverly Hills. P.S. she says their homemade dog treats are to die for.

I love that Lisa Vanderpump promotes the adoption of dogs and pulls them out of kill shelters. Even if you already have dogs and cant adopt another dog, support her shop. They have great treats you can purchase for your pets. My dog goes crazy for the Polka Dog cod skins.

We visited the rescue store of VPs. We came in from FL.. We got to see all the dogs waiting for homes. They are doing a great service and wanted to say thank you. Wish we could have brought one home.

What I love about this place is that on a random Saturday I stopped by to buy a harness for one of my pups an Ken & Lisa were there. There was no fanfare or social media announcement that they would be there. Just a lovely couple checking in on their incredible passion and love of dogs(among the many animals they’ve given a beautiful forever home to). Some may say the adoption cost is more expensive than most however, the money from adoptions go right back to their foundation. The truth is, if you can’t see spending the adoption fee, how can you afford vet bills and the money it takes to properly care for your new family member.They were very engaging to the prospective adoptees and tourists alike. The one issue I thought should be more fine tuned is the staffs knowledge of the pups background and or circumstances. Aside from that I commend Ken & Lisa’s sanctuary for the fur babies who would otherwise would have been euthanized.Below is my fur baby!

To preface, I give props to any organization that looks out for animals BUT there’s a right way and a wrong way and this company—despite the name and notiriaty—is on the cusp. Firstly, the adoption fee is crazy high for a dog that doesn’t come with all its shots which wasn’t brought to my attention until after I paid. The manager is friendly enough, but definitely disorganized. If I could do it all over again, I would have gone to another organization. There are so many in town that are significantly cheaper and all dogs are fixed, up to date with shots, have corrected behavioral issues, and run by well trained staff.
