They are a very fast responder to my problems with termites. They explained all the procedures and investigated my house thoroughly. They are very experienced and knowledgeable, and great people to talk to. They have great price for the service. I would highly recommend.

My Termite company was a pleasure to work with. Jose came to inspect the infestations and damages, said he would also personally come out to do this work. I received the contract with specific areas to treat and repair, was scheduled for the next week, and Jose and a helper came out to do the work professionally and neatly. Their bid was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

My Termite was professional from beginning to end. They had many helpful forms for our fumigation and Brandon really took his time explaining the difference in treatments. The repairs were flawless as well! I definitely recommend them.

Such a great company, they are so helpful, professional, and overall did a great job. They told me it was going to take longer than expected because they were so booked up but then made some time to get the job done. Throughout the process they walked me through it and answered all the questions I had.

After I lifted the rug and discovered termites had eaten up my floor and termites were literally swarming in my bed, I knew I had a major termite problem. I called several companies to get inspections and estimates for treatment but two of the reports conflicted and I was getting confused and didnt know who to trust. I happened to be at a family function and brought it up to my husbands ex wife (yes, we are friends!) and she immediately and passionately recommended My Termite Company so I called them. Lee was sent out to inspect and I immediately noted that his inspection was the most through; he was, by far, the most knowledgeable compared to the inspectors sent by the other companies. He went over all of his findings in great detail and the options. He didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and even gave me ideas on how I could save money on the repairs! When I got the bid for the fumigation and preventative treatments, it was extremely fair and also made the most sense. So I went with them for everything and am very happy I did. There was one minor hiccup due to miscommunication but the owner, Wendy, immediately resolved it and was clear she stands behind the work and will go out of her way to make sure everything is done right for the benefit of the customer. I cant say enough nice about working with Wendy, Brandon and Lee and am so relieved to know the termites are gone. I highly recommend this family owned company.

Highly recommend this company. They are a local neighborhood company that does amazing work and the prices are better than any other competitor I reached out to. I have used other companies in the past and this was by far the smoothest tenting process Ive had. Brandon & Wendy were wonderful the entire process and always kept me up to speed on where we were in the process. The installation of the tent was seamless and the team that put up the tent were very professional and courteous from start to finish. I would definitely use them again!

Wendy and her team at My Termite Company are awesome! We have treated two properties using their services. They always respond fast. They kept me updated about every stage of the fumigation and repairs process. They gave me a fair price and took into account all changes that happened during the process. Re-posting my Yelp review here:My Termite did excellent Job, thy are a small local company so low overhead and reasonable prices. The same guys that inspected the property did the treatment themselves. I think its way better than having an inspector who is not even on site during the actual treatment. Upon inspection they found significant problems that were completely missed by the previous inspection by a different company. They also repaired damaged window frames for me. Answered all my questions and returned all my calls and emails promptly. I find the Termite Company reliable and easy to work with.

Guy who came out was wonderful explained that chemical will last for years ! Very happy

My Termite Company did a great job on our house. We bought a new house and there was termite damage. They fixed all of the damage on both the deck and stairs seamlessly and fumigated / tented the whole house which was no easy feat. The price was more than reasonable. I got a quote from my termite company and Terminix I regret going with Terminix. Do not use Terminix they are just a big company trying to get money out of you and there treatments dont work. My termite company came back and fixed there mess. They are nice,experienced, and family owned.
