No follow through they need to do some research on informational financial.

This review is based on the follow-up appointment. The first treatment, done by Jared, who arrived within the quoted time frame, was very personable and did a great job. When the first treatment was scheduled, our property manager arranged a follow-up treatment for two weeks later (Tue Sep 10, 12-2p). No technician showed up. We called and another appointment was scheduled for Thursday Sep 12 12-2p, and again, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Someone was home both times for hours missing work only to sit around with our belongings pushed into the center of each room and closets cleared out in preparation of an exterminator who never showed up. When we called a third time, customer service said if we were unhappy we “could just not use our service”. Wow.Call someone else for your pest control needs because Terminix clearly doesn’t need or want your money.

Had horrible experience. I paid for year #3 last year, they didnt finish treatment and said they would return and never did. Ive been fighting them since. They want to renew this year and ask for more money. I said no because they didnt finish last year and they refuse to do anything about it. I finally told them not to renew yet keep calling me. Ive blocked their numbers and shred mail from them. They are regulated by the state and filing a complaint is cumbersome since it is my word against theirs. So, I am taking legal action in small claims and filing a lawsuit for recovery of the money I have sent them for non service for this year and last year and for potential damage to my house for non treatment per contract. Probably at least $1000.00, maybe more will be the amount I am suing for. Anyone reading this, dont take their BS and poor service. Fight them, we will win!! They need to go away and go out of business and stop making life miserable for all

This has got to be the worst company that Ive ever dealt with. Set up an appointment for 12 no technician showed up, call to find out the technician lied and said he was knocking on my door but nobody was there. Decided to be nice and set up another one starting at 3 for the same day, again Michael did not show up to the appointment and no manager could be reached. Lost a day at work nobody would give me a refund or cancel the appointment horrible horrible service
