I generally like the principle of converting old warehouses into useful stores or even homes -- and this area/spot is no exception. Really great store, plus right next to a Blue Bottle? Cant beat it.
Eduardo & Christian were professional upon our initial meeting, Eduardo seems more interested in getting paid & Christian seemed to care more about details and giving quality of service which impressed me very much so. I gave them specific photos & directions which they both agreed they understood and would be no problem to replicate.I followed up with them again and again until our meeting before the big day which took place at the venue. I felt I was in good hands!The day of the wedding they agreed to drop off the bouquets and Boutonnières at the hotel near my venue at 1030am & that they would head over to the venue (10mins away) that morning to decorate the venue with the flowers for both my ceremony and reception were taking place.The drop off was successful at the hotel. I was pleased with the quality of the bouquets (even though my bride bouquet was different from what I had explained) they were beautiful.Boutonnières were awful, very poor quality I was embarrassed of them.The mother corsages were hideous and nothing like I had given them examples of. They also shorted me one mothers corsage which was on my invoice and contract. (I ordered 3 and received 2)Later on while I was on my way to the venue (3pm one hour before the ceremony) I received a phone call for my groom that no flowers have been set the florist are no where to be found.I panicked!That is the last thing any bride wants to hear after spending thousands of dollars on these flowers and trusting these florist to simply be on time.My groom and groomsmen had to set up all the place cards (the florist agreed to do this)Finally 45mins before the ceremony Eduardo and Christian show up. Quickly setting up the altar in front of my early guests and wedding party.Theyre excuse to my groom was traffic which made no sense since they were just in the area at 1030am for my bouquet/bout drop off.Ceremony/Altar flowers: they set up the altar flowers with only hydrangea flowers and some greenery. This is not what I ordered. Not like the pictures I sent. Not what we discussed. Im not sure if this was due to ignorance or because they were in such a scramble due to their tardiness.Reception flowers: I was very pleased with the quality. All my centerpieces were outstanding. Bride and groom sweetheart table arrangement was breathtaking. However, I ordered 4 rose arrangements that were to be wrapped in green leaf. Those were NON-existent.I will not hire this company for future floral/decor needs.
