I have been looking forward to writing this review for a couple of weeks!There are not enough words to describe how wonderful EVERYONE is at Parlani Party Rentals! My whole family have been using their services for years and each time the experience is top notch! They are not only so very friendly but they always make sure that I get everything that I need. They work with me on my budget and they are creative in helping me see my vision for each event completely achieved. I was so happy and grateful that they managed to stay in business during such a crazy time. I am thrilled to be able to work with them again and will continue to always do so! If you are reading this I suggest you go with Parlani! You couldnt ask for a better experience.

We used PPR in August 2020 which was a challenging year for gatherings. The PPR team communicated regularly with us, was professional and timely at all times, and took the necessary precautions to ensure everyone’s safety during delivery, set up and removal. They carry every party element you could ask and for us it was important they had kid sized tables and chairs. Hands down an amazing company who we are using again for the 2021 birthdays this fall! Thank you PPR team!

I have to say that Parlani saved the day. They had everything I needed & delivered what they promised. Made my moms surprise party a success! I will be coming back for the holidays. Awesome staff btw!

My Fiance set up a delivery of a bunch of items for our engagement party about a week in advance. Delivery time was stated between 9am and 5pm. The day before I called to tighten that up to be available for the delivery to my home (obviously I am not able to sit at home all day). They refused to provide a delivery window UNLESS I paid an additional $80.00 fee.I, of course was completely shocked at such a request, and asked them to just give e a 3 hour window, but once again was refused unless I paid more.I asked to speak to the owner, and have since not heard back.Do not under any circumstances depend on such a business for any important occasion.

Looking for a party rental that will cancel your entire reservation the day before your party just because they wouldnt give you a specific drop off time unless you paid their ransom fee? These are your guys! Extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt trust them with my enemies party. Look elsewhere for sure.

Weve rented tables and linens from Parlani Party Rentals a couple times so far. Well continue to go back because of their fair prices, great customer service, and ease of communication. Every time I call or ask a question, I am answered with promptness and kindness. We have used Parlani Party Rentals for all our special events for the past 3 years. From engagement party celebrations to baby showers, they have always delivered on time and are so nice. The most recent event had rain in the forecast and very last minute they were able to accommodate a giant change to the order. They are very easy to work with and enjoy helping plan your event. The Parlani team takes time to help you make the right decisions for your space, number of guests and budget. I am so happy to have a reliable company and give them 5 stars for their outstanding service.

My husband and I rented a tent, tables, chairs and table clothes for my daughters birthday party. Everything was delivered on time and even set up for us. They came the next morning to pick it up. Made my job so much easier that we are using them again for my husbands birthday party!

2.5 starsThe folks at Parlani were kind and attentive to us throughout the process of our many changes as we planned for a 75 person wedding celebration in an outdoor location. The price point was great, but a few details at the end greatly affected the roll out of our party prep and brought a lot of stress to our evening.The day before the event, we were called and told they delivered the wrong size/color table cloths for our 48 inch tables. They asked if they could change it to 60 inch and would cover the cost, fine, no big deal. Though our center pieces were quite small on the larger tables (bite tongue).Then, during set up, as we needed 20 minutes or so to plan things out for lighting and tables, etc, they rushed us because they had another delivery to make, again the price point was good, so I bit my tongue as friends executed everything.Finally, at the end, we realized they did not deliver three heat lamps for a June evening party on a hilltop. We had specifically requested these with a link in a separate email and they denied ever communicating about this with us even though it was clearly documented. They then insisted they were in the right, but since their invoice system is so dated (read: indecipherable, see picture attached for reference), they had no way to confirm what they were saying. This ended up eating about an hour of prep time.Ultimately, they delivered the heat lamps shortly after the party started (again no big deal on the spectrum of things my husband and I are pretty chill people) but definitely charged us full cost for them and did not apologize in an email or phone call. They wasted about an hour (which is precious time) in party setup and I would not recommend them for future parties.Pros: great price point, really easy clean upCons: terrible invoice system --> forgetting essential rental equipment --> then charging you full cost for said rental equipment

Their customer service is very professional, and the delivery people go out of their way to make sure everything is set up perfectly, and in a timely manner! I pumped some balloons in this store two weeks ago for Indiecade. It is the only store that helps you pump and tie the balloons you bring. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was putting lights inside each balloon, some were broken because of the sharp edges of the metal part. But the staff was very patient and helped me finish the task.
