Amazing staff and location. Love Alexander and the whole team. They take really great care of us!

Booked straight from the We Work app, but should have checked the Google reviews first. Although the listing claims “on-site parking”, it fails to mention that there is no arrangement between We Work and the property manager. Essentially, you will end up parking either in the residential parking lot right next to the We Work facility for $38/day (keep in mind the We Work day pass is $29) or across the street at the Westfield Mall where you will pay $30 for the day (first hour is free).Did I check the parking beforehand? No - my fault on that one. I do think, though, that the management of the space needs to be more explicit around what is going on with Parking here when you make a reservation. I could understand not addressing the issue in a market like NYC where 98% of people are taking mass transit, but this is LA. People will be driving. Be hospitable and welcoming - let people know what to expect.

This is one of the best WeWork locations Ive ever worked in and I worked in many (Hollywood, Playa, NYC, Queens, and Orange County). And Ive worked in many co-working spaces before but this particular WeWork has so much going for it.First of all, the location is the absolute bees knees. Its right next to the Westfield Shopping Center, and they have plenty of places to enjoy your lunch at. Shake Shack, Din Tai Fung, and even a Cinnabon. Theres so much to enjoy but please enjoy in moderation. I enjoyed too much and gained ten pounds, but thats my own personal battle.As for the facilities, the public kitchen area is always clean and full of supplies. The refrigerator is always running, the dishes are always clean, and the coffee is always hot. And boy, I consume a lot of coffee. And the bathrooms - They are always clean as well and the toilets & sinks are always functioning right. And let me tell you, I do some of my best work on the toilet....its quiet there and I can run the numbers on my smartphone.As for the offices, it is a co-working space, thus its a different experience from a normal office. One should always understand this before moving to a WeWork, Industrious, or CTRL Collective. It is a unique, frenetic, and energetic experience. And WeWork adds to this spirit with their enthusiastic staff and the great tunes playing in the background. Im making a request for more K-Pop please. It certainly is not Ibiza in this WeWork, every company and startup in here is very respectful of one another and treat the working space like study hall.The staff here is friendly and helpful. And now that things are opening up more (Its June 2021 now), theyre beginning to plan more networking events. They helped me out when I have questions regarding safety, mailing protocols, and even helped with my golf swing.In conclusion, Ive worked in startups for many, many years. Im also in finance, and Im neck deep in cryptocurrency. Myself and many like me are under a lot of pressure trying to build business. This particular WeWork gives me the atmosphere, the equipment, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff to take the world on. In here, under the hot, blazing California sun, I have surpassed Icarus....I have become Helios.

Im %99.93 sure I was the first company to signup. This place is made for working hard, meeting awesome people and having fun. On Mondays, theres refreshing breakfast (see the image), and on Thursdays, theres the famous happy hour where members can join to hang out/network. And last but not least, the fantastic staff. They are all friendly, helpful and professional.

Really inspiring working environment and not to mention an unbeatable view from the 23rd floor! Tasty coffee, fruit water, and a steady flow of building events make for fantastic amenities. Plus walking distance to the Westfield mall for lunch time eats, or just to take a walk and clear your head. The staff is friendly, kind, and supportive!

Bad managment team, and toxic culture. Super high parking fees for employees and visitors for tiny parking spaces. Dont waste your money there.

One of the best WeWork locations I have used. Super helpful and accommodating staff who took the time to explain to me a lot of the nuances for that particular location. Parking is admittedly annoying; you can park in the mall which will run you $2 per hour up until the 5 hour limit at which point you will be required to pay the full daily rate. So a safe bet is about $9 in parking to get in about 4h30m of work. Not ideal but its doable.

Katie (K-Dub), BMo, Alyssa, Sarah, Shannon and Krista are THE BEST WeWork team this side of the Mississippi. Anything we need, they make happen. Theyre fun, energetic, professional, and always helpful. They make coming to work a joy. Oh and the offices are awesome too.

I work at this WeWork and cannot believe how understaffed and uncaring the WeWork higher ups must be to completely neglect so many basic things. The bathrooms are almost always unkempt, toilet paper everywhere, soap dispensers unfilled, paper towel dispenser didn’t work for a month. People pay a lot of money to be here, the least that could be done is have some basic upkeep.

I would give minus rating if I can for todays experience. I had a very urgent meeting, I reserved a place at this location. After confirmation, I went there. The girl at the reception says there is no reservation on your name. I told her the meeting is very imp and even after explaining it couple of times, she hardly cared and dint make any moves to take care of this reservation even if it was already confirmed. Instead she said you can sit here in the lobby. I was like, seriously? even after the reservation you want me to sit in the lobby, in the middle of that music I have to attend my meeting? I dont think so this is a professional work place where I had to explain how important the meetings are!

Wework Constellation has a great staff that makes people feel welcome and all but...the energy and vibe of the area all together is pretty stuffy. The location is probably more for established businesses and people who just want to put their heads down and get straight to work. Not so much for community networking. It was very rare that someone said hello back to me after i acknowledge their presence.I have to say once more that the staff there is amazing, down to earth and incredibly competant. They made my short stay great.

Very unfortunately comes with no parking in an area where street parking does not exist. So your hot desk is less of an expense than parking in that area. Not a great combination.

Wasn’t the biggest fan of this location. Our floor always seemed dark and it was particularly noisy at times.

Great community work space near Westfield mall. Great helpful staff and variety of options.
