They did our boy Dan Gudino dirty. David Mawer the sales manager is a not there for your best interest. They wont take responsibility for their wrong doing. They will not own up to their mistakes. Not responsive. Not pros. Poor Value. Go somewhere else. Dont use Spaces at any of their locations.

They cost me two deals. Did not take responsibility for it. Said they cannot help me. Keycards and key fobs might not work after hours. David Mawer the sales manager is weak and won’t fight for you. He’ll take a commission but won’t work on your behalf.

A year ago you could find me at the Library or Starbucks trying to get my book store off the ground. So when covid-19 hit I was soo frighten about where I would work. And then I found Spaces. My little book business went from making a few sales per month to now almost a sale per day. Spaces positive encouraging environment has helped my business to grow. I came in today to meet with a client and I had a good experience until the manager came up to me.Rude manager came up to me at the table I was having a meeting and without asking if he was interrupting, asked the whole table who “Victor” was. Right away he went into talking about my plan with Regus and that he was going to change it.I wanted to end the conversation with him to continue with my meeting by saying that I would take care of the plan change on my own. I guess he didn’t like my answer because he kept on insisting “but why!?”. Eventually, he rolled his eyes and left. Talk about bad management.After he left, my client mentioned that she was bothered and wasn’t going to sign up to Spaces anymore. I told her it was the only location I had a bad experience with but the bad image had been set.

The layout is very modern and open. This is the same company as Regus.Its two floors and laid out to be used by more virtual tenants who just need a space for to meet with someone. Some parts of the layout looks like a Dennys restaurant.First floor bar area doesnt even have a coffee machine or water. Its just plates and cups.The receptionist, Michael was on a call when I arrived, and an hour later is when the person I met with was informed that I was there. Michael does not know how to put the caller on hold and take care if who is in front of him.

Upgraded a couple of laptops here and needed to meet with a web development client virtually. Perfect space.
