We have enjoyed an amazing four years at 6565 Sunset Blvd. (the sister building to 6464).Before launching in LA from London, we toured the town trying to find a suitable home to develop our business from, not an easy task in a new and sprawling city! I’m so glad that we found Hollywood Offices (and our fantastic view of the Hollywood sign!). It’s hard to express what it means to have a fully engaged and supportive landlord but I certainly won’t take it for granted. From day one the entire team including Brian, Dirk and Aaron have been unbelievably supportive and welcoming to both me personally and our business as a whole.Thank you for taking care of us and keep up the great work!
Working in TV production means that Im never in the same office for more than a few months. Ive gotten very used to the process of moving into a new space and then moving out again once the production ends. This can be an extremely tedious and challenging process when the building management is slow, unresponsive, or difficult to work with.Weve only been with Hollywood Offices for 3 weeks but so far I have been completely satisfied with the quality of service they have provided. Theyre timely, responsive, and courteous. My life would be so much easier if every office management company were as efficient and helpful as Hollywood Offices
419 SR finance is my favorite tax place
Awesome building! Great perks from the PCD management like discounts at a lot of the good neighborhood lunch spots like Cat n Fiddle across the street, also dodger ticket givaways, free massage days, and my fav: free ice-cream day! Nice views from our suite, fast internet, kitchen and bathroom are kept clean and tidy too. Some of the procedures and rules for deliveries or installing TVs and stuff like that are kinda strict, but fine once you know the rules. Cool modern/70s lobby design, interesting hollywood historical photos in the elevators from owners private collection, cool young tenant population. Overall a great building to work in!
