Hello my name is MB, and I attended Overland Intensive Outpatient for over a period of 2 months. My therapist Betsy was amazing, she really helped me with my mental health which included depression, anxiety and trauma.I really appreciate the staff at the intensive outpatient center and the sober living that they provided was amazing. West House Sober living provided everything I needed from food, laundry detergent to laughter. The house manager Erin is the most incredible human being, who also motivated me to keep pushing through this time in my life. I have the confidence to know that my life will be back on track. I can go back to work and also still receive the support from this community. I am excited to be apart of the Overland Alumni Community.

Ive had a good experience at overland they have saved my life and my therapist Liana has been the most genuine person I have come across in a long time. I feel safe with her and she has also guided me in the right direction. I am able to go to afternoon track which is convenient for my daily schedule. They are also practicing COVID--19 Saftey guidelines.

Phenomenal. Life Changing results for me. 8 weeks in this incredible program did for me what 30 years of 1:1 therapy could not. I entered the Overland IOP program with severe depression and anxiety. Upon completing this structured, intense 8 week program, my depression and anxiety are now mild at best. The facilitators provide a wide variety of approaches to therapy. They helped me understand my illness and provided me with numerous coping mechanisms and techniques via lectures, presentsatons and handouts that I accumulated. I can now review the information presented when needed in the future and can put to use, applying what Ive learned to the real world and my life. Im set up for success and seeing the world through a new lens. So glad I did this program and invested so much time and energy into it. The culture and atmosphere of the group setting and Overland IOP??? Warm, welcoming, very supportive and safe.

Very satisfied with my experience! Overland offered me the support that I needed to overcome my mental health obstacles. My therapist was extremely helpful, supportive, and always knew when to ask the right questions. The sessions I had with my therapist helped me address underlying factors in order to go about achieving stability in a constructive fashion. After visiting, I can say that I have much more direction and understanding when dealing with adverse scenarios than before. thanks so much!

Coming to Overland IOPs mental health facility was one of the best decisions of my life! My therapist Allie was amazing and helped support me through one of the most challenging times of my life. The entire staff, including house managers Erin and Eldar, were kind, supportive, and nurturing. They helped me successfully transition to my own apartment in LA. I am now confident in my sobriety and feel ready to practice my newly learned coping skills to combat my anxiety and depression. Thank you Overland IOP!

I have a close friend who always suffered from depression and other mental problems (he didnt always say what they were). It got really bad for him during Covid, being isolated so much. He also tends to drink more than he should. I know he had gone to rehabs and treatment centers before and nothing seemed to work for him. He recently visited me in Florida and its like he was a completely different person. He is sober, happy, and has a different perspective on life. He said it was all from going to Overland in LA and working with their therapists and doing their entire program. Its amazing to have my friend so happy for the first time! Definitely recommend this place!!

I’ve been to a few different treatment center before and I’ve had a life changing experience over at Overland. The staff has been amazing and are still helping me with my life to this day. They’ve helped me get my life back on track and I am grateful to this facility whole heartedly. Highly recommend 🙏

Overland IOP helped me gain the tools and outlook I needed in order to change my life for the better. I came in for treatment of Substance Abuse disorder originally but wound up engaging in treatment for my mental health as well. It was truly incredible the progress I made here it was recognized by both the treatment team and my peers. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone struggling, I’m blessed to have gone through here and to be where I’m at today.

Overland IOP completely helped me to recover from many anxieties and depressive thoughts I had prior to attending treatment here. They provided me with the tools to move on and live life on lifes terms. All therapists, group facilitators, and case workers are very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone with addiction and/or mental health issues. I owe my newfound freedom and happiness to this place and its wonderful staff!

With the pandemic, many of us are in need for additional support. I trust that the new owners Andrew and Tarek will continue to run this facility to provide the most premium service possible. Personally, Andrew has provided very helpful guidance (from his training, learning from therapists, and his own personal recovery journey) to one of my closets friends, which was very helpful.

Arguably the best mental health iOP near me in Los Angeles, California. They treat co dependency and drug & alcohol addiction as well. Highly recommend these guys!

Overland IOP has a great program that I would highly recommend!

Overland played and integral role in my journey to recovery. The therapists were extremely patient with me and truly made me feel like they cared. The staff was very attentive to my needs and were also very caring. Honestly I don’t think I could have made the strides I have made in my life without the help of this place.

Overland is a top notch facility! I really like the intimacy of the groups and how in-depth the facilitators go. The entire staff is very helpful and cares about the clients. My therapist has helped me tremendously. 10/10.

I have been to many IOP programs in my 23 years and Overland has by far treated me with the utmost respect and has helped me out of one my darkest periods of my life. The entire staff worked with me at my own pace and were extremely understanding, caring and helpful.

Staff is very friendly there. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They have great therapists and really do care about your wellbeing. They have a variety of different kinds of groups that are informational and useful tools for life

This place helped save my life, it was a place that allowed me to heal when i was broken! I cant say enough about the staff and the way it was ran. They were very helpful, had great input during groups, held me accountable, and most importantly loved me until i could love myself! My therapist Anthony was amazing, very easy guy to talk to and did not feel judgement when explaining my life issues to him!
