Clean and friendly staff. I am in town for work and found this online...its the best one in the DTLA area.

Affordable and clean. Located close enough to y that i can scoot here in 10 minutes more or less. Cost less than 5 dollars to do a xtra large load

Great and inexpensive place do do your laundry. Never had an issue, and they have a variety of different sized washers, priced accordingly.

Ive been to 2 other laundromats and byfar this is thee best one. The staff is always very helpful and friendly which I appreciate the most. I definitely reccomend this local laundromat/fluff and fold😊

First time here,not bad got to sit dwn on a chair bck row waitn for clothes to dry. Now i no bout 2 laundromats Eastside of my house and 1 westside.

I’m from Boston staying at a hotel without washer and dryer. This place is across the street from the police station and appeared to. E safe. I arrived at 6 am and used the coin exchange machine and vending machines to get detergent. The attendant does not arrive till 7 am. But when she came she was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. My hotel was 3 miles way so I ubered there.

The attendant is heartless 💔 I have a disability and needed to go to the restroom urgently because oth we r places are closed. I offered her a dollar to go into the restroom and she treated me like a piece of trash. I cannot support a business that mistreat people with disabilities telling all my friends to not use this establishement.

You crowded very small impossible to be 6 feet apart

They need to be more strict on the face mask policy! Its not safe I saw people with out face mask nobody told them anything. And its located in a high risk area. Its very sad that they dont care!

We were here as tourists and needed some washing done. Dropped it off at about 10:30am, and picked it up in the evening. Very satisfying and without any problems. Would go there again.

I have a huge blanket that they wash for me. Turnaround is about 3 hrs. They are quick. The owner is great! This past Wednesday I was late to pick it up and owner showed up and was able to retrieve my blanket for me! Great customer service!

I hate this place so bad . I wash my clothes an wait for about 25 minute an it was never finish when I ask the owner of the laundromat. He open the door an said i put too much detergent an i was like what do u mean . I pretty can understand what the sign said I am not blind . I understand English . Then after I talk with him he said oh maybe because you wash too much clothe an I was like again . You just try to ignore thing an don’t want to resolve the problem . All I want is to get my clothes dry . Then the other lady come an put 2 gallon of water into the machine. I wait for a while an see if it dried because they what the owner is trying to do . Then nothing happen . The owner didn’t say anything just ignore me an I have to take all my clothes out an it wet then I have to try to find another place to do my laundry. What a mess . My time my money is not a lot but the reputation of this owner is so low .

Once and a while the wife and I have a bit of laundry that our machine just wont handle. It gets a bit hot in here, the wait sometimes is long but it is very clean and the sheets come out great. Good location.

The machines are pretty old but some are decent. Its dirty here and the machines dont put enough water or its too much water.

This place stole 3 loads of my clothing and my kids clothes as well... I wouldn’t recommend (ANYONE!!!!) To wash here you can’t even walk out to get a drink or snack because someone will rob your clothes no shame. I also called the staff and know one knew or saw what happened.

Not all coin machines give change so be careful.Dryer temperature controls are reversed and default to the lowest setting do you always have to set the dryer to high Everytime. If you forget you have to wait from drying your clothes again

Cleaner than any laundry mat that Ive been in so far. Staff always available and friendly except I didnt feel comfortable when a lady had permission to sift thru the trash then found a blanket and shook it! All kinds of particles flew through the air then she walked away leaving all the mess behind.

The machines work & were clean, the employee is a sweetheart and I washed and dried my clothes for under $5.00. (coins only for wash & dry)

The laundry mat was pretty normal. There was not much as far as customer service. The change machine wouldnt take my bills. At the end of it all I got my laundry done.

Half of the place with new machines and the other half are old ...i got to the location at 9:20 pm outside on the glass window right next to the entrance there is a sign that says new business hours 5:30am LAST WASH at 10:00pm as im walking in a lady says are you going in so i said yes and. She said we are closing soon....so i said well doesnt it. Say last wash at 10 and she looked lost so i said can i atleast wash it and air dry it at home since it was just 3 shirts and 2pairs of pants for an interview tomorrow she was nice enough to atleast let me do that then as im putting my clothes in the machine another lady approches me and says u cant so i said the lady in the front said to go ahead and she said really?? So i said yes and she said ok. And went to get the lady in the front to confirm then whispered [pretty loudly]to her hell be done 2 minutes after10 thats y u say no after 9 .....pretty stupid if u ask me....they should think about changing the sign to last wash at 9. And last dry at 940 so they can close and be out by 10:00 pm and not a minute later and to top it off i left before 3 other people

This is about maybe a mile away from where I live its here or washclothes in my tub and thats not happening.

Freshly from the washer and cleanse from the dryer.

The dryers not hot enough. Dont give a lot of time on dryers. It takes to many quarters to dry. Dont make sense.
