Found this laundromat close by our hotel, as I didnt want to pay a lot to have our clothes washed at the hotel (very expensive). After finding this one close by and having self-service (checked the website), walking there with a large bag of clothes (15 minute walk), I get there to find they are no longer offering self service laundry. MAYBE IT SHOULD STATE THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE 😡

Go to La Brea Coin Laundry instead. I walked 20 minutes from my hotel to this laundromat because it looked nice and sounded nice I’m the reviews. The pictures show that it’s a regular coin operated laundromat but it isn’t. Upon arrival, I realized it is no longer open to the public. It seems to be only open to private companies. The hours should be removed from this, or it should state that is is no longer open to people with personal laundry.

I loved coming here to do my laundry. It was such a great place. I was really sad to hear they arent letting customers do laundry there anymore. I actually wanted to only come here. It also helped a lot that they were so close by!! Bummer really disappointed. I hope they can fix the issue so we can keep coming!! Its very rare that Id ever even want to write this about a place in la!!

(Tip: always put less quarters and add more if u need to. People always add too many quarters and the clothes are just tumbling around dry. Its a waste of money. So put two quarters and then see if your clothes are dry or not). The dryers are of high quality and it only took 2 quarters (12 mins per quarter) to dry several towels and sheets in 1 dryer. There are washing machines of all sizes. The largest one is 6 dollars and the smallest is $2.50. NEVER leave your clothes unattended. If you do then come back before the timer ends! There are bums hanging around the entrance and one came inside to beg. You dont want to come back to no clothes!

The guy working there this Sunday afternoon was so helpful and friendly- we had a great chat while our clothes washed and dried- and he sorted out laundry! The facilities were clean and there were plenty of machines- about all of them worked. Thx again.

I love this place! We are a commercial account that needs large numbers of towels laundered every week. The service is fantastic. They pick up and deliver the towels, they are always on time, and everything comes back looking great. Such an improvement over all our previous towel services (and we have used several). Their rates are great too. Its a totally different level of service and we couldnt be happier!

Went here day after labor day.I put my laundry in the 5.75 machine.I am standing next to the Hispanic attendant who is speaking to someone else in Spanish and folding clothes.no water goes into machine.attendant comes over and changes it from hot to cold water.then she says no hot water.why couldnt she say that before she saw me loading all my clothes in the machine.cold water does not get your clothes clean and i wasted my money.this place used to be good.now its a mess.dont come here.

During our visit at Burbank we kept our two luggages here...we booked luggage storage service using vertoe. The cost was $6/24 hours....during keeping we told that we are going to take it on 5.00 Pm and there shop is open till 7.00 PM as mentioned in the website...We arrived one hour late, we notified them by calling. When we arrived the woman staff was angry and her behavior was rude...we felt ashamed of being late but we do not deserve that kind of behavior as it was mentioned in the booking website we can pick up the luggage earlier or later from the property. By the way, finally it was not a good experience although all of our luggages were safe.

Hello Im a frequent customer and have been for a few years recently the service has really gone down your machines are always breaking down today the machine I was using stopped working half way through the cycle. I understand things breakdown the problem is how do you employ people who dont know how to fix it or offer another solution instead of the guy is gonna come right now I dont know I had to wait 30mins for her to decide to turn off the machine so I could get my clothes out ..Ive never had such bad customer service. You cant run a place with bad customer service how do you expect people to return. Your people need to be trained or new people who are going to work and not just gossip and watch novellas all day

This has always been my place to do Landry untill today. I show up like every weekend and the gate is closed and a sign out saying no more self serve. Well sorry but I dont let people I do not know do my Landry.

I got a door coupon for the fluff n fold service. I brought my laundry in, it was difficult to find from McCadden, because you have to keep driving down this jagged narrow street to find the back parking lot. When I found it, by driving around to see the sign from the main street, I dragged in 32 pounds of laundry. The girl weighed and and honored the coupon (75 cents a pound, which is a great deal) I then got a text message that my laundry was ready- I thought that was great service. I went back after work, couldnt find it again, circled around the block to find the main street sign AGAIN, and called the text message number. The girl said this was her personal phone as the laundromat doesnt have a phone and she was home from work. So I apologized, found it, went in and asked for my laundry. They asked if I had a ticket, I said one wasnt given to me. They proceed to ask how much I owed them, yeah-because they didnt know. I told them about $24 and change. Then, they said they didnt have change for two $20s. So they asked each other, then the other customers and concluded that I had to go to the Rite Aid next door (and buy something I didnt need) to get them change. I did, but I will not go back. Not worth it! That said, my laundry seems intact.

I dont really hate it, I just hate that they closed down last year and when I needed to wash heavy blankets it was easier walking up to it 😥

A lady and her teenage daughter stole some of my clothes, the floors needed to be swept, and the phone doesnt ring when you try to call them. The machines do work quite well but it wasnt worth the missing pair of shorts, etc.

Business operated by thoroughly disgusting, vile, hateful people who constantly berate and harass anyone who walks in the door that they suspect might be homeless. Just this morning, after moving my clothing from washer to dryer and sitting at the counter at the front windows, the owner or an employee walked up and without warning, removed the multi-outlet power strip mounted on top of the counter - while I had my phone plugged into it - telling me it wasnt there to allow me to charge my electronic devices! This because I was observed washing and drying blankets along with my clothing! I suppose the free wifi they offer is likely not there to provide their customers internet access. These are unbelievably dishonest people! Avoid this business like the plague - they dont deserve to get money or business from anyone!

Ive never asked for the so called free wifi but they claim to have it.They no longer provide plugs on the back table so dont expect to charge your electronics or work while you wait for your laundry. It couldve temporary but Im not sure.The HE machines are nice for small lighter loads but it cannot handle my 21x 34 bath rug even if I wash it alone.The parkng lot is basically a driveway and street parking can be impossible. I believe they do a great job with the drop off service due to this reason.The staff is open but not friendly. They attend to your needs and speakk when spoken to. Ive rarely seen them engage with others nonchalantly.A lot of machines available and I rarely smell mildew like other places. Try it for yourself, Im content for now.

Trust me, if you can avoid this Laundromat, by all means , Avoid it! Took over an hour just to wash and the dryer kept malfunctioning after I put my clothes in so I ended up spending double money. Its not worth it, trust me! Save your money and go to another Laundromat in the area. Im warning you!

This is a very clean laundromat, with WiFi and a place to plug in. The only reason it didnt get 5 stars is they never have change. I was there two days ago, and had a $20 bill. They suggested that I get $20 in quarters.I had to go to the pharmacy, and they allowed me to leave my dirty clothes, so, of course, theyre very kind.
