Dr Ben Lee used to be in Denver. I received a tummy tuck aka abdominal plasty. My scar was jagged and above my panty line. I still have dog ears after his revision I now have to pay another Doctor to fix my disfigured body as I have 2 sets of hips. Do not let him operate on you. Please find someone who cares about you not the money.

I decided to get double eyelid surgery for a more brighter appearance and I’m glad I chose Dr. Denise Wong. Even if you have to fly out of state (which I did) for the procedure, I totally recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything about the surgery really well. She provided excellent post-op care that showed her attentiveness for her patients. Most of my swelling went down the first couple months after surgery and I’m very grateful and satisfied with the results.

I had double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction with Dr. Wong. I would definitely recommend her as the outcome of my eyelids are great! She showed attention to what I wanted and replicated that to the best way for my eyelids. I also appreciated so much that she cared in giving every information as to pre/post and during the operation as well as, keeping in touch months after the procedure to make sure all is well.

Ive always lacked a nose bridge and have been contemplating whether or not I should get fillers or do surgery. Dr. Ben Lee was wonderful in doing my masseter botox. I have struggled with jaw clenching from stress for most of my life. I had an enlarged jaw muscle on my right side especially and it completely unbalanced my face and made me self-conscious when I looked at photos. It was not only round and square in a way I didnt like aesthetically, but I would wake up with pain from clenching in my sleep and I cracked one of my molars.I came to Dr. Lee and he had a very logical approach to inject more on the side that was larger, and I cannot believe how much it has improved the symmetry of my face. I thought it was just some part of my facial bone structure that I could never change, but Dr. Lee used just the perfect amount so that each side leveled out to be even. Not only that, but not being able to clench my jaw so hard actually makes me feel less stressed out in my day to day life.I did this 100% for myself and I feel wonderful when I look at unedited pictures of myself now, knowing that there is not this visible marker of my stress on my face. Highly recommended!First of all I would like to say that this place made me comfortable coming in even through this pandemic. They have people social distanced while waiting for their appointment. When I got there they had me do a questionnaire regarding being sick. They have pens used and unused in different bins and hand sanitizer. I was check my temperature and even my oxygen level. This was all a plus to me. Aside from the precautions the staffs were very nice. They were all wearing protective gear that made me feel safe.I came here to get my jaws contoured. I am loving the result! The procedure itself was very easy and they explained to me everything I needed to know prior to injecting. I highly recommend coming here.

Its been a few days since Ive received my filler from Steve and Im still impressed every time I look at my nose in the mirror. It was exactly what I wanted and Im glad that he was able to deliver. Ive done it a few times elsewhere but Im not going anywhere else now.

She gave me a few different options on how I can improve. I came in to the Koreatown office, organized staff and took my temperature and tested covid. I felt safe. I recently went to wave for a breast augmentation via fat transfer with liposculpture and from consultation to post-surgery, I could not be more happy and satisfied with my experience. Ailla, my consultant/case manager, was with me from my very first consultation through all of my post-surgery questions. She is extremely kind, smart, accessible, and understood the procedure I had done extremely well. When I was concerned about not enough fat surviving the procedure, she suggested I add PRP to my fat transfer to breast (which I hadnt ever heard of doing beforehand) which can aide in the survival of newly transferred fat... and Im so glad she knew to suggest this!! I first came to Wave for Botox in the end of 2019. The offices were clean, the staff was very sweet, and I feel like they really cared about making me look the best I can. Ive been wary to come back due to the pandemic but I finally bit the bullet because I needed my botox fix!I am very impressed with the precautions taken by Wave Plastic Surgery to keep their patients safe. I was tested immediately before being allowed in the practice. They kept me separated from any other patients and even informed me that staff was tested every 2 weeks.I dont know when this pandemic will be over but I know Ill be back in three months for my next Botox.

It was December 2020, and, 8 months into the pandemic, my eyes, which were usually bright and alert, had finally begun to show signs of fatigue. For the better part of a year, they had been called upon to express everything that the rest of my face, under the veil of a mask, could not. The skin underneath my brow, once taut and lifted, had begun to yield to the effects of gravity and the result was a subtle hooding at the outer corners of my eyes. I had to do something, and fast, so I called Wave Plastic Surgery Center and scheduled a zoom consultation with Ailla.On the day of our virtual consultation, I explained to Ailla that I was unhappy with the excess skin on my eyelids and she over went a few options for correcting the problem. She was very informative & straightforward as she explained the procedures and went over pricing with me. No pushy sales tactics. In the end, I decided to go with an upper blepharoplasty to be performed by Dr Denise Wong who normally works out of Waves San Francisco office.The following week, I had another virtual appt, this time with Dr Wong, who explained the procedure and answered all of my questions about recovery and aftercare. She told me she would be making an incision across each eyelid, trimming the excess skin, and then stitching them back together with sutures. The downtime would be approximately two weeks. I was a little bit nervous as this was my first time going under the knife, but after meeting with Dr Wong, I felt confident that I was in good hands.On the day of my surgery, I arrived at the office at around 9am and met Dr Wong. She went over my lab tests with me and took some measurements of my eyelids before I was ushered into a very sterile-looking surgery room. Once I was on the operating table and hooked up to IV sedation, Dr Wong arrived and said a few things to me, none of which I remember. They injected me with some local anesthetic, and although I was not completely unconscious for the procedure, I didnt feel any pain until maybe the very end. Dr Wong was pleased with the way the incisions turned out and sent me home with some arnica, a couple of steroids, and some medicated eye ointment. In the weeks following my surgery, both Dr Wong and Ailla reached out several times to make sure that I was okay and that my eyelids were healing properly.Its been about a month since my surgery and my eyelids are almost completely healed. The incision scars are almost imperceptible today and my eyes look larger and more refreshed than they did before. The downtime was minimal and I endured very little pain throughout the entire process from beginning to end.. Im so pleased with my results that I want to get my lower eyelids done now! I am truly grateful to Dr Wong, Ailla, and the rest of the very professional staff at Wave, who went above and beyond to make this a comfortable, rewarding and positive experience for me! Im writing this to hopefully be a teaching moment. I Arrived 15 minutes before the arrival of 10 am. Prior to this, I received 2 wrong texts of the wrong times for surgery days before. The Front desk and nursing staff dont seem to know whats going on or if the scheduling is correct. 2 nurses brought me back on the operating table for the wrong surgery. I had to clarify twice before they realized they had the wrong patient sent me back. These nurses are young and have energy but need much better training with understanding the Patients rights or this could have been a huge mistake. Then, the taller Asian lady pricked both my elbow veins until she got help to put on in my hand. I notice Some dont understand English well in the Arcadia office and that same gal was at this LA office. Waiting for a long time with no updates is not fun for anyone so in my gown I had to go to the front desk where 4-5 of them were gathered around their computers despite me asking twice when is the actual surgery time since it was already 11:30. Why? Because it was the Wave driver I was counting on and for weeks we agreed he would pick me up at noon Finally, the kind physician Ben Lee came in 1.5 hours after scheduled time to give an update. It would be more professional if the front desk staff would just give more updates. On the way home, I vomited in a plastic bag in the drivers car. Maybe I shouldnt have had that much Pain or relaxing med or be sent home with anti nausea meds. This was the toughest surgery experience out of any that Ive had including c sections. I’m using my cousins account. This is Trinity who had a minor procedure done today. Could there be any reimbursement after such an ordeal? Thank you

Liar, my nose was made 3 years ago. Before surgery the nose picture was used Photoshop looking like bad, I After the surgery the nose nothing changed! the nose was also beautifully modified by the pHotoshop, It seems that the picture has changed a lot, but it is actually not changed anything !

One year ago I had my double eyelid done in Korea; it was the worst experience of my life. The doctor totally messed up my fold and my two eyes ended up uneven. It was hard for any follow-up/communication with the doctor because I had to come back to LA. I will never have surgery in a foreign country again, it is impossible to do anything after surgery if you are not physically there.After I came back to LA, I started looking for local doctors to see if my eyelids can be fixed. A few doctors turned me away because they told me that a second surgery might make the fold worse and that they cannot guarantee the result. Then I had a consultation with Dr. Lee, he told me that since it’s only been two months since my surgery that I should wait a little longer before considering any revision. He explained the risks of the revision surgery in detail and told me what to expect result wise. I had my revision surgery done in June of this year, and I am so thankful. Dr. Lee had to remove some of the scar tissues from my first surgery, and my fold is so much smoother now. And most importantly it’s even on both sides. The follow-up care after surgery was very convenient too, I am so thankful to Dr. Lee and his team. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee for double eyelid surgery.

This is my fifth visit with Wave Plastic Surgery Center. I was very nervous my first visit as I learned that the procedure I had elected may or may not be successful and may, in fact, even leave my malasma in a worse condition than when I first arrived. The center was sure to make me aware of the risk I was taking, but of my own decision I decided to move forward. Just my luck, I ended up with the worst case scenario...after 4 or 5 days the spots had come back even darker. But I had paid for several sessions up front, I decided to come back a second time armed with a plethora of questions.I arrived for my second appointment and went over all my questions with Steven. He consulted with his colleagues and after some time he came back with another approach. Again, we went for it. Now I’m a believer!! The difference over two weeks was absolutely amazing!! The spots were nearly gone....I have never been more satisfied with any esthetic procedure in my entire existence. I am currently still in the process of getting the spots even lighter. If anyone has any questions about more specific details of my experience I will gladly share.Finally, all the staff at the reception desk were extraordinary. In my experience it is rare to get such amazing service from every single staff member. There is always at least one that makes you feel like you ask too many questions or inappropriate questions or just don’t make you feel important enough considering the money you’re about to spend in their establishment. All the girls were so friendly and genuinely invested or curious about my progress and even how I was doing. I love this place and will gladly spend my money and time here as needed. All thumbs up!!

Dont go! Beware. Avoid! Heres why: I came in to get a consult from Michelle the consultant manager in LA for liposuction and she made me feel dumb. I had a list of questions to ask her about liposuction and she kept getting interrupted by other employees during my consult. I drove 2 hours to pay Wave thousands of dollars for liposuction and she did not have the courtesy to even focus on my consult. Every time someone came into the consult room, they spoke in Chinese and I dont know Chinese and it made me feel even more uncomfortable like they were talking and laughing about me. I will NEVER go to wave and never get any treatment there, because if the sales staff treats me that way, imagine how I would be treated by the clinical staff. BEWARE. This was the woman I found her on instagram.

Been to another Wave location as well, but found the LA staff especially very friendly. They took care of my aunt during her surgery last week and my cousin and I couldnt be happier. I also had some skin questions myself and their consultants were more than helpful to provide me with information on some options. Looking forward to trying Lumecca and Snow White facial!

This location is closest to my home. They have several locations all over Los Angles County. They used to be more affordable and accessible. I feel based on a recent consultation that their staff is untrained to make a professional medical evaluations or consult. I had FaceTime consultation with them. The opinions given about face anatomy were unknowledgable in medical terms. They have no medical training to make proper evaluations on surgery recommendations. I would not recommend anyone here.

I got a procedure done here and the Doctor was professional and informative. Throughout the procedure he made sure I was comfortable and without pain. All the steps were explained.

I love Wave Plastic Surgery! Ive been getting juvederm xc for years here in lips & smile lines & their always kind, quick. There office is clean & immaculate. Steven was my provider today. I tried the cannula technique today opposed to the needle & very little swelling & very quick compared to needle. I would reccomend this place to anyone who wants to look better & refreshed.
