Super odd and unprofessional behavior from the nurse/doctor who did my treatment. She was having somewhat of a melt down and was rude to the other staff who were trying to calm her down.I don’t feel like my Botox lasts very long compared to when I’ve gotten it done other places, and was uneven on my forehead. There’s so many places in LA, I recommend looking elsewhere

I started going here maybe a year ago for laser removal on my stomach and back. I started seeing results after my 11th treatment. The lady who did my last treatment did a great job. My first 10 treatments weren’t so great. They missed a huge patch on my back even after I tried to verify if they were getting my entire back. They also said there’s not anything they can do about it besides me having to purchase more. Also all of my first treatments up to the 10th were so short; I feel like I got ripped off and the 1st Lady who worked on me was very careless. I just hope I can get the lady who did my 11th treatment again.. she seems to actually care and know what she’s doing.

Extremely pleased with my visits to Downtown Laser and Anti-Aging and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking to get laser done. I was very skeptical about laser treatments prior to coming this place and came in with a lot of questions but the technicians took the time to discuss them all with me and gave me a lot of information. Yes, they are professional and super helpful. They have by far exceeded my expectations.I originally came with a groupon for a small area and have added a lot of additional treatments since then! The office is also really clean which made me feel comfortable! I would give them a 6-star rating if possible!
