The store itself is fine. The employees seem nice. They should all be given raises.But Spectrum and ISPs more generally are rent-seeking monopolies extorting the public. Theres no sensible reason for these companies to charge insane rent on public utilities. Hopefully mesh networks, municipal broadband, or sensible legislation will end this injustice, although Im sure the ISPs will continue to use their ill-gotten profits to maintain their monopoly power.

The worst service ever, a few days ago I was on the phone with a representative for 45 minutes trying to place an order for a new phone and to switch from my previous provider. After speaking with the representative he said I would shortly receive an email and a tracking number for the device. Three days past, I still havent received any email, and in the meantime my phone broke. The day after my phone broke, I went to one of their branches, where I spent one hour speaking to the representative who eventually said he cannot place the order, and the employee I spoke to over the phone didnt place the order and he cannot assist me. The next day I received an email from spectrum that my order was completed that my card was charge, and I would receive an email when the phone would be shipped to an old address that I had already changed three times. Once I saw that email I immediately headed back to the same store to try to fix their screw up, just to spend another half an hour speaking to the store manager (Emilio Corranzo) just so he could tell me that even though the phone has not been shipped, he cannot help me at all. He cannot cancel the order change the address. Completely incompetent!!

Honestly, this company is so disorganized and unfortunately is one of 1 of 2 service providers in our area. My husband and I are essential workers who work remote due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I specifically work in clinical trial research (ie. the field that is trying to develop vaccines and treatments for COVID-19/coronavirus). We have had to live in a hotel THE PAST 9 DAYS to have access to the internet to do our jobs because spectrum can’t escalate our situation. They have turned off all emergency tickets in the Los Angeles area because of high demand. We can’t live in our home during a pandemic AND keep working at our jobs because of Spectrum’S negligence. They need systems in place for emergencies like this especially with scientists and researchers working from home relying on their services.

Pay your cable! Easy access in this location Eagle Rock. Situated in Shopping Center, plentiful parking. Wait times are reasonable....service is in-between..depending on day you go or mood of the employees. Easy in and out....clean and accessible location.

Had a fine experience here. Was able to pick up my modem in about 10 minutes. Be sure to use the tablet to sign in when you arrive and get your name on the waiting list. Parking lot is a total disaster so park on the street and walk over if you want to keep some sanity.

I had to replace my modem and the staff were very helpful and kind. They made certain that everything was cool and that I was satisfied with their assistance. They instructed me on the installation and told me to call if I had any problems. Very kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Nice brick and mortar office and up to date interior. Though when I visited, for the relatively low number of people waiting for service the wait time was surprising. It’s preferable to not to have to go in for in person account support but this place serves its purpose when online/telephone support is not an option.

This spectrum store located on Eagle Rock Boulevard is it a nice little wall and they can handle anything on that counter their people are very very knowledgeable I will listen to some of the conversations with other customers and I have yet to cut the cable I love the convenience and yes this shop is great for picking up changing boxes and you dont have to live in any area you could do this and Andy Spectrum store I understand

Some bumps in the road aside I’m really happy with this company. A self install kit wasn’t working and they sent an amazing repair tech - RICARDO over a few hours later. Ricardo went above and beyond making sure the internet was installed. Apparently a painter had accidentally cut a cable and Ricardo worked to fix it and stayed around after to help me set up password etc online. Stay away from Verizon and use Spectrum.

Apparently everyone was on lunch. There was 4 customers waiting. There was 2 staff but only one was assisting customers. The under employee was scanning modems from 2 cases. She could have stop with that task and help us waiting customers but seems like we are not even there. Shame on that staff. No sense of importance of customer service priority.

I have been passed around to SO many representatives. The system that Time Warner Cable has for customer service and fixing issues is criminal. You push people around to different representatives who dont have any idea what is going on with your service. Then no one can get anything done. You offer different prices that only specific employees can offer. It is really sick! I basically am pushed to the point of canceling my service with Time Warner Cable every time I need an issue fixed. I promise that if my issue does not get taken care of I will never do business with you again. I am beyond fed up with this service. I do not blame the employees. They are just forming to the outrageously horrible system that is put in place to nickel and dime their customers.

Unfortunately the staff can’t muster much concern if you have a problem. They also aren’t allowed to talk to anyone from the call center so if you try to get the two halves of this company to work together it can’t happen.I take full responsibility for not calling ahead and checking to see if they could help me. I believed the person I talked to on the phone not knowing there is a wall between the IRL spectrum and the one you talk to on the phone.

Cashier BXD is a moron. He obviously hates his job. Doesnt know what hes doing. Hands me equipment and expects me to know what Im doing without INSTRUCTIONS and without giving me ALL of the wires. He should assume customers dont keep the wires and give them everything so they dont have to drive back and forth like I did. Not everyone is as smart as him apparently.

Ive been with this company since adelphia its changed hands 2 times since then. My bill for the longest time has always fluctuates from 65 to about 75 dollars now all of the sudden $108.99 my bill is always payed before the next billing cycle or on time when calling yesterday afternoon I was told there was nothing they could do gave me some excuse that my promotion had ended then the lady I was speaking with told me you could always cancel service or get rid of my cable boxes but other than that it is was it is wow thats crazy to tell a paying customer that sad part about it is Im a die hard Dodger fan and watch all the games so we are kinda forced to pay 109 dollars a month because they are the only company that broadcast the game otherwise I could do without with streaming services bottom line they really no how to screw loyal customers

Our internet service was intermittent and, when it was functioning, the speed was highly variable. I had times where I would see a lag even on ssh! Needless to say, I couldnt share my screen in work meetings or stream presentations because of the access issues. I was forced to buy a mobile hotspot (from Verizon, excellent service btw) to get my job done while I waited through several weeks for Spectrum to fix the issue. The issue remains, and I am planning to cancel.Spectrum sent out four different technicians. The first concluded that the problem was with signal strength being out of range and added a splitter next to the cable modem. The second concluded that the signal strength issue had not been corrected by the splitter and that work should be scheduled between the house and the pole. No one came out to perform that service until we called back. The third technician replaced some connections at the pole, but the problem persisted. The fourth technician concluded that the problem was a cable running internally in the house and that the issue would be fixed by moving the modem so that the offending stretch of coax would not be used. Spoiler alert: that fix did not work either. And I have just learned that because the fourth technician believed the problem was with our internal wiring, I will be charged a fee for that visit because the problem was on my end. (Nevermind the other three technicians that reached a totally different conclusion.)Definitely do NOT rely on Spectrum for service! You will be charged extra for their own maintenance problems.

There were two service reps there when I came in. The older lady, I think she is either Russian or Armenian is courteous and helpful to her customers. The other female rep, who I think is Hispanic or Latina and overweight on the other hand is not. This lady is very un-professional. I came to pay my bill, signed in on the monitor/tablet in front and then sat and waited for my turn. For some reason my name disappeared on the waiting line display, and then they started calling the next person and the next person after me, this is when I noticed my name is no longer on the display. I then said, I believe Im next and the people after me acknowledged but this rep. asked me to sign back in. I said, you already waited on 3 people that came after me and you saw me signing in when I came in, there was only 1 person in front of me at the time, what you are asking is not right. she then gave me an attitude and refused to help me. Dont come to this branch or find another provider.

I originally came in to fix done account information and they were able to do that quickly. I also asked the representative as to why a technician needed to make a service visit to check the line since I was converting from my TWC legacy account to a Spectrum account to check to see if it could handle the bandwidth (400 Mbps), which I thought was unnecessary since I already had 300 Mbps. They canceled the service appointment and were able to complete the account conversion in the store.The wait time is not that bad either, only a few minutes but I would assume it all depends on what time of day you go.

Moved here from new York a year ago. Tried to return equipment which here we were told it wouldnt be a problem. They refused to accept it, saying that they couldnt access accounts outside of Southern California, we took it to another location. They accepted it, gave us a receipt for the return... And a month later we received a collection letter saying we never returned it. I am not looking forward to returning my equipment tomorrow since I am moving out of LA... I will probably not use Time Warner Cable again unless I have no choice. The 500 dollar debt in collections keeps reminding me its a bad decision.

Horrible service and with an attitude. At the time of my visit, there were no clients with three service agents each at a computer. I approached one of the counters where two service agents were chatting - figuring that they needed something to do.They may have gotten offended that I interrupted their conversation because they told me to go back to the sign-in by the entrance on their handy dandy tablet sign-in system; which after doing so, had to wait an additional five minutes to get called up - I reiterate - with no one in the place.Additionally, what brought me to this center did not get resolved. I had explicit instructions from a call center agent to return my cable box to get a credit on my account. The service agent did not take my box, stating that if I returned my box, my plan would change resulting in fee increases. But, that is not what they told me when I called in - major communication fail within a company.Dish providers are looking more appealing to me now...

It was difficult to register here to return equipment when I moved and then I was told I was finished when I returned all my equipment. I received a bill, which I was not aware I owed anything. So, I had to call their customer service, which was not located in the country (or if it was--it was someone who had a very thick accent--requiring him to repeat himself several times). Even so, I could not understand half of what was stated to me in the phone call, and he also could not understand me. I believe if you have people in customer service, it should be easy to communicate with them. Not where it creates more misunderstanding when having to discuss details on an account. I got off the phone as confused as I was when I got on the call.

I went in today to turn in an old DVR from 8 years ago!!! The queue was not bad at all. A customer came in and did not know how to operate the self-service sign in so a gentleman came out from the back and signed her in as well as the rest of the people who had accumulated to form a long line. He then walked over to one of the customer service reps and was standing by as she helped me out with returning my DVR and my questions. They were both very politely and got me out of there quickly. Ive read some of the reviews, and I think that a lot of the walk-in traffic is incredibly abrasive and probably is the cause for such terrible service. Can you imagine working at a location where everyone who walks in has a bad attitude? Im sure that the level of customer service at this location might need to be re-evaluated, but I am happy to report that I for one had a great experience. So thank you.
