I went here for a brow wax and Q.Z. was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and spent time making my brows perfect. She is new to Venice Beauty Med but there is no doubt that she knows what she is doing! I definitely recommend her.

I had my first laser hair removal about a month ago and have to say WOW!!! I’m extremely happy with the results. No more shaving!!! Yes!! I was hesitant to try this and now I’m excited to go back this weekend and add another body part . The technician was very knowledgeable and made me feel at complete ease. The ambiance and professionalism of the staff was superb. 💯

This place was great until they randomly “moved” locations to somewhere 25+ miles away from the original location, no longer making them “venice” beauty med, and refusing to refund me for sessions I had already paid for. When trying to call & text them, I have been ignored & hardly responded. They are very unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend trusting them at all as they will just try to scam you out of money!

I had a great experience. Im not new to bikini waxing but I had a bad experience the wax before this one....a really slow painful wax (bad news). My technician was super fast, nice and cheerful, and did talk to be and did put product on afterward. She was soooooooo fast but still made sure I liked the job.

It was awful! I went in there after booking my appointment almost 10 days ago specifically asking an a time after 5 because I work full time. After arriving inside, I mentioned my name and appointment time, and the girl just said no. I said Im sure I have an appointment and she says no again after clicking on her computer. (Mind you, the only words Im hearing from this girl is no) Im standing still keeping my cool letting her know I booked this specific time and Im sure I should be there. She mutters something about another girl walked in there before me and not being in the system? So she just stands there and says no again for the 3rd time. (This time only mutters and the word no have been given to me) Asked if I can reschedule? She looks at her calendar annoyed like if its my fault and says she doesnt have anything available till late August. Voucher expires in October. Worse experience ever!I was just there 07.08.16 at 5:45pm...if you need to have a talk with the front desk then do so or if this is a continuation, address the problem! I did get a full refund from Groupon and will be getting this service else where. I was interested in doing more areas with out the discount but again, service will go elsewhere.

The ladies are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I just completed my treatments and could not be more thrilled with the results. Im trying to figure out what else I can laser!
