I have been working out at Pop Physique since 2016 and it is hands down my favourite place to work out in Los Angeles. The teachers are really sweet and really motivate and push their clients to push their bodies to meet their goals. This work out will absolutely destroy you in the best way. Highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and professional. During my trial membership, I did not feel they were unreasonably pressuring me into signing up, which allowed me to comfortably experience the gym before making a decision. There was some mixup in my registration (my name was linked to a males profile with a completely different name) but the staff were quick to fix the issue. Overall, the environment is very welcoming. The staff seem to know all the members very well and greet you personally upon entering.

I was going to Pop Physique in San Francisco and experienced something similar to other reviews. The location closed and I was told they were trying to open another location and should hold onto my package. However, I told them no thanks and wanted a refund. It has been 3 months and I still have not been refunded the $250 for the package I purchased but was never able to use. The store closed without warning. Classes were starting to dwindle and people expressed concern but still no one mentioned closing. Horrible business.

WARNING: Pop Physique is selling class packages right before they close locations and are refusing to give refunds (check yelp for multiple reviews stating this). As of today, their only e-mail contact is not working, and they are not answering their phone. Looks like a cash grab before they go out of business.

Owned by a former porn star who exploits her children in a documentary. Her husband tries to film his own pornos and stiffs the actresses on the bills. All around pretty horrible people and they seem unable to retain any quality instructors.In addition it is probably one of the ugliest storefronts in silver lake. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. There are better, closer places to spend your money.

Positive experience. Nothing complicated. Just a workout class for all types of levels.
