Luis is an absolutely incredible craftsman.I recently moved from NYC to LA and a large, antique, highly sentimental mirror was shattered and ruined by our movers. I was absolutely devastated, and started calling and visiting various repairmen in the LA area to see who could fix it. Multiple other glass repair shops had told me the mirror shape was too difficult, and would not do the repair because of the intricate shape and the fact that it would have to be hand-cut. Thank heavens I found Luis!We took the mirror to his workshop and were able to pick it up within a few weeks. Luis made several clear glass patterns, and then hand-cut a new mirror, and the final result is better than new! And the price for such an involved project was very reasonable. Additionally, he was incredibly understanding about how sentimental the mirror was to me, and really put me at ease about leaving such a precious piece with a stranger.I am SO so so glad I found Luis. He has an incredible skill set, and treats his clients with kindness and generosity. I would trust him with any precious piece that needs repair.

These guys are absolutely awesome. Go no where else for your glass needs, of any kind. Not only are they wonderfully talented professionals with amazing customer service at a really fair price, but they also are one of the few left in LA who are a true family business. The store has been there as long as I’ve been alive (so well over 26 years) and are just really good humans. Thanks for everything guys! Support your local businesses people!

Called Louis yesterday (9/25) morning and for a project and he told me he would come by after he closed his shop after 5pm. Called and text him 8 times to see when he would come by, but no answer. Completely ignored my calls and texts. Very unprofessional and just plain rude. It only takes a second to let somebody know if you can make it or not
