Kari and Jackie who became the Resident Managers in August, 2019 are the “Cream of the Crop”. I’ve lived here since February 1st, 2019 and it’s been a pleasure to have them work for the landlord because I believe they go beyond their duties. They truly care about their jobs and us tenants. They are hard working and always at hand for any questions or help. It’s obviously a reflection on that the building managers and the landlord feel and act the way Jackie and Kari do. The building has great security, is kept very clean and they are all very accommodating to their tenants. As a single woman, I feel safe living here. All the tenants are pleasant and we hold the front door for each other, say “Hello” when passing through the hallway and give each other a smile. If your looking for a great apartment and community to live in LA, contact the leasing agent or the resident managers and you’ll see what I mean.

Great apartment building. Clean rooms, bathrooms and wonderful atmosphere. Awesome prices for the location and staff is super friendly.

Lived here for 2.5 years through construction. Construction has ended. Ive seen it through two property managers - its well managed for the most part and staff are friendly. If youre looking for great location and minimal living this place works great.

The website has pictures from a different complex so its really hard to imagine how the units really look like. It would be helpful to see how the common bathrooms look like but its very convenient to be able to download the application, however, you have to insert the unit number you are applying to so you have to schedule a visit etc,...while Id like to apply without having to specify which unit I will be choosing.

Horrible place to live. Homeless people walk in at night and sleep here, management does nothing about it. They sleep inside the double doors and walk upstairs to the top to sleep. It’s a disgusting place.

Save yourself the headache and bed bug ridden building and move on. Other tenants have passed away OVERDOSING in rooms on my floor. Creepiest thing seeing paramedics take the body out the room and down the hall. In a bad part of downtown where all the bums hangout. Check the place at night hint hint. Also in the process of suing the landlord. 2 months after I moved out and he still hasn’t returned my deposit or even respond to any emails texts or phone calls. Seriously I’m trying to help out everyone in the same position I was, I know it’s cheap but you can find a better living situation for a little bit more.

Horrible building with equally horrible staff. Mice and roach infested with non-working kitchen.
