I love this building! The helipad is so fun for rooftop fitness events and the pool and game areas are great for socializing.

This building is great and has a wonderful atmosphere filled with ambience and charm!

I arrived at 9 AM on a Saturday Morning, to begin a 3 month Live / Work lease, arranged by a 3rd party Corporate Housing broker. Due to a lag in communication (No ones fault) my expected unit was not available. I was a bit cranky after a red eye, and less than my normally affable self.The extremely capable Courtesy Patrol Team, helped where possible. The front desk member made me a cup of Starbucks coffee, while he got the On-call Manager to assist.The Properties Entertainment Director Hannah, got called in to help with the situation and had me checked in to a unit well before standard check-in time. Hannah went on to host two lavish parties over the next 48 hours without ever losing her smile or breaking stride.Monday morning, I went to the front desk and discussed the situation with Ria. She immediately extended a warm welcome, arranged a tour of the property, and started coordinating a solution to the miscommunication. Including working with my third party broker, to arrange a new unit.The Facilities team responded within hours to remove excess furniture, and make sure my unit was set up with exactly what I needed.I havent personally met the all of the Leadership team yet, but the property speaks for how much they care about the guests.Will always recommend hands down.

Hannah Pope and her special events team know events. From working on your budget, the amount of space you need, and the times you need to have it, I give them an all around A+. Whether your event is 150 people or 5 people they will bring it together and make you feel like a Rockstar. Please, give them a shout the next time you are planning to have an event as I know you wont be disappointed.

I am absolutely tired of how disrespectful this location is. I can hear their rooftop parties all night long, and I live A BLOCK AWAY. I stopped by and spoke to the receptionist who told me there was nothing he could do despite many complaints. I have called the police 3 times and will continue to do it. I can only hope the police is actually doing something about it.

Can’t enjoy rooftop (pool, gym, grills) because there are too many private events where the rooftop is off limits to tenants. Valet is horrible too…. Don’t respect your car or property. Rude! Don’t recommend staying here at all! The ownership clearly does not care about long term tenants, or ensuring amenities are available to tenants. Long term tenants will be leaving the property and not renewing leases. If that was the intention of ownership….. job well done!

I currently live in Atlanta and will be relocating in May to LA. I found Fell in love with the apartment, completed availability request was contacted by Andrea immediately. We had a virtual tour with filled out application. Had zoom call scheduled with general manager and then got my approval, signed my lease and Im all set for move in oMAY 1ST! ANDREA IS THE BEST!!!! She answered all of my concerns and questions. Very accommodating. I cant wait to move!

Valet should take better care of people’s cars instead of getting dirt on the floors and dings on the doors.

Fell in love with an apartment and filled out application. Had zoom call scheduled with general manager today... 20 minutes later and still no contact. I just called to let them know to please get rid of the application since me becoming a resident is obviously not a big concern of theirs- the person on the phone didn’t make a SINGLE effort to apologize or excuse the situation. They always say the first impression is everything.... I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

The view of the apartment/rooftop is beautiful and that’s it.However the staff and the service is horrible. There’s communication problems and the customer service by far is the worse out of all the places we have been to, which is a lot.Don’t Waste your time at this place there’s by far better places in Los Ángeles.

Spent a month here circa 2014 and it was a pleasant experience through and through. Beautiful units, professional staff. Thoroughly enjoyed it 👍🏼

The people who work in the valet parking are disrespectful also those who work dispatching the packages are generally useless the work staff need to be changed or trained I recommend not to go to ten ten

I can not begin to explain how disappointing it is to live here. With one of the most expensive rents in Los Angeles, youd think that it wouldnt be so hard to just clean the building.first off, all you smell is weed smoke and dog poop and pee on the carpets. The elevators and common area hallways are filthy. There is sewage leaking from the sealing and filling up the panels until they get heavy enough to drop.I looked forward to living here for quite awhile, and it looks amazing -- especially with the deal theyll promise you -- but its not worth it.The hot tub water is nasty, the sauna and steam room are never cleaned, and no one even bothers to pickup after themselves in the gym.The rooftop looks good occasionally, but its not what you expect -- go live at the atelier or any one of the other buildings in the same price range.they promise happy hour for 5 days a week, and it has happened SIX times in the 6 months ive lived here. They lie about cleanliness and amenities and they have no concern about living up to their promises.Kevin in the leasing office is probably one of the best agents; but dont take that as consolation considering the building cant live up to their leasing agents promises.I am moving out because the building is so below par. Live anywhere else besides here. Fake luxury.They even admit to all their lies and even the leasing agents and staff are unhappy with what the owners are doing to save money so they can spend it building other buildings. Bring this up to them, everything I asked, and theyll probably have to admit to you all of the lack of maintenance, faulty sewage and plumbing system and that they have no happy hour that theyll promise you.P.S. there are a ton of drug dealers, degenerates and pill addicts in this building

Convenient location, great parking, clean room, comfy bed, excellent water pressure, friendly staff... What more could I ask for.

Live here now...keep having plumbing issues...right now Im smelling sewage in my room...a poop smell is coming through the vents. I feel nauseous...the dishwasher comes on at random...theres faulty electricity...my tub is still leaking...All just a big front-- They keep people distracted with all of their events. They have their slaves spend more time on stitching their logo TenTen 1010 on their cheap IKEA household furnishings...than maintaining the grounds and units--

Id say comfortable for a downtown unit, not a huge fan of downtown, but I keep one here, more reliable than a hotel. Feels like staying a good friends place, even though its for work

Lina Hul, our customer representative in 1010 Wilshire apartment complex in LA is “A Plus” very skilled, professional and extremely pleasant as a skilled advisor to work with for apartment requirement lease . I know her for relatively short period of time and during our lease apartment in 1010 Wilshire in LA who actually from the beginning was our help to listen to our requirement without any push and all with smile. She did listen carefully and then filter out all top ones for us, with smile and patient showed us all of our list, actually few times as we requested, then provide us all details and even potential of any extra support without any commitment. All said, she really went extra miles without any complain. Her professional and skill from begging made us very comfortable to make decision and she made all steps just easy. Later on, due to personal health problem that we requested cancellation after about a month, she never changed and was extremely helpful during our tough time. She made all step from beginning to end just easy. She always had quick turnaround to our questions/requests and never ignored any call/sms/email. All said, there is nothing but good and professional, skilled customer support about Lia Hul and I consider her as a valuable asset to her company.

I need location

Their new rooftop sign cheapens the building, and degrades the city skyline. Its like a roadside motel advertising they have rooms. Very, very tacky, and way too bright. Id be embarrassed to admit I lived there.

My friend recently had a 5 year anniversary party for her business on the rooftop of TenTen Wilshire and the rooftop is mainly what I am going to be talking about.The views were breathtaking and I got a birdseye view of downtown LA that I have never seen before which is basically why I thought I should come review it in the first place.They have some really cool firepits up there and the way they had the bar set up and then the food tasting stations around the corner was also pretty cool.It seemed like wherever you walked up on the rooftop, there was some station setup where something was happening whether it was a massage over by the elevator or the drum playing dj that was off in the corner.There were these chairs that were randomly scattered up against the glass walls which where awesome to sit in and were a good place to just kind of chill out.Here is a run down on some of the things that came along with the festivities.
