You’ll be jumping through so many hoops, that Circus Soleil will be wanting to hire you.The apartment is nice, but the process of getting it, is absolutely horrible.The leasing team is friendly, but lackadaisic; never returning your call or text until several days after.They denied my father as a co-signer, even though he makes five-times the rent, and is twenty points away from exceptional credit.The orginal move-in date was supposed to be August 15th, but they made me wait until the 19th, four days after the original date. Because of this, I had to sleep in my car for a couple of nights.And. Finally. That. F#%king. Horrble. Concierge.The most passive-aggressive man that I’ve have ever met.If you’re going to keep treating tenants like that, please quit your job. You’ll be doing everyone a favor.

Moving across the country is stressful enough, without having to find a place to live in a brand new city. Britni was incredibly kind and helped me every step of the way from getting information all the way to move in and beyond. The company is very responsive, and really ensures the building is kept up and clean. The location is so close to Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks, etc. I truly am very happy with my decision to move in!

Extremely small, overpriced and has no central cooling or air conditioning of any kind whatsoever.

I had high hopes for this place. Its in a good location, but in the end I realized its overpriced and run under poor management. Avoid if you can
