Wonderful handling of my mothers last arrangements. It was such a relief to know that I was in the hands of such honest people during this most grievous time in my life. Undertaking La displays the highest integrity at all times. I highly recommend them.

My dad unexpectedly died in April of 2018, and Undertaking LA was the first, and only funeral home that i called. The staff were SO caring, educated, and made me feel so welcomed and cared for durring a difficult time. Thankfully i knew my dad wanted to be cremated, and once Undertaking LA was able to pick my dad up, they were able to rush his cremation along to help with the scheduled funeral.I would NEVER go to another funeral home in the LA area. I am happy to be aware of Undertaking LA. Susana helped me every step of the way, would do phone calls and e-mail me with any new updates, or be very patient as I navigated this whole process after my dad had passed away. She was very empathetic, but professional. My entire experience felt very sincere, and not trying to make me feel so sad that I needed to spend x amount of money we don’t have, in order to honor my father. The crematorium in San Bernadino, All Caring Cremations, seemed daunting on the outside- but once we entered, the employee had such a warm and kind-hearted vibe as we picked up my father’s remains Christmas Eve morning. I asked Susana from Undertaking LA to see if they could also save some of my father’s hair for mourning jewelry, and the crematorium had done so! Which made me very happy and it was a beautiful feeling to see a piece of him like that again.Also- I did research surrounding funeral services in my same city before contacting Undertaking LA. The cost for simple cremations at about 3 different sites was $1,200-1,600. They would act like they were doing me a service by saying that price included transportation and everything necessary, even though that appeared to be the case everywhere (the exact same services Undertaking LA offers, but at double or almost triple the price). Despite grieving- they still were acting like a car salesman who was throwing in a pine-scented air freshener for ‘free’, just for me, because they “care” or something.

I attended a workshop by Undertaking LA a couple years ago when I was unsure how to enter the industry. Not only are these ladies fanstastic human beings, they are truly passionate about being an educational resource. They are experts. They care about sharing their knowledge with not just industry people, but more importantly, the public. I follow them closely, and someday hope to own my own funeral home with even an ounce of the grace, compassion, knowledge, and expertise that they possess.The death positive movement is happening, and it’s in large part because of people like Amber, Caitlin, and Susana.I wholeheartedly recommend their services for at-need, or as an educational resource, without hesitation.

I have watch this Channel on YouTube, its been very educational for me. I wished I knew about it when my mom and dad passed. Though our hospice and funeral home Service was wonderful. I love this channel keep teaching us about death because we need to know it and share it with others🤗

I used your services when my brother passed away at the VA hospital in West Los Angeles.Our mother is 86 and she is recovering from a stroke.This was my 4 th brother to pass away.We contacted you when he went on hospice careYou were amazing. Seriously, y’all know your 💩.When he passed I called you and had two different people call me back immediately.Y’all don’t sleep do ya?The only possible criticism I have is that when I arrived at the office to finalize the paperwork.....I couldn’t find it.I parked in the parking structure with my mom and went in the main-ish door.Couldn’t find the office posted anywhere so I called.That led me upstairs.Just some signage.Otherwise......
