As a type-A person I ask lots and lots of questions, these guys were always willing and more often than not able to provide answers. The entire project - including iOS and android apps with an accompanying website - ran smoothly till the end. Apple rejected our iPhone app at first submission to iTunes. VezTek got our app approved and in the app stores after few weeks of back and forth with Apple.

I was referred to Sani by someone I had used many years ago to help me with my Quickbooks accounting file. She was having medical issues and was not currently working. My Quickbooks file was corrupted and I needed help.Sani was able to give me quick advice over the phone, but the fix didnt hold. He suggested that I start a new company file and hire him to transfer over the data. Id done this 15 years ago myself, but since then my business has grown and I didnt have the time again to take this on. His fee was $2850.00 due in advance. We discussed the data that would and would not be transferred over and set a schedule for this to be done.Sani did the work in the scheduled time and said he would e-mail me a spreadsheet of certain fields in my customer data file that should be fixed. I didnt receive the e-mail and in working in the new file I found out that the data transferred did not end up being everything that was discussed. Important data in my notes files, 15 years in the making, did not make it over to the new file as I was told. Some customer contact information also did not make it over to the new file as I was told. I was told Employee Data would not make it over due to privacy laws, and that did make it over.I called Sani twice to ask for that spreadsheet, and the second phone call I also expressed concern about the missing data that was not transferred to the new file. I never got a phone call or e-mail back from him. I felt like he took my money and ran. I keep going back and forth between and 2 and 3 star review. His customer service was excellent prior to the transfer but after the fact he dropped out of contact.
