I will not come back here because I asked for simple help/assistance on a fax machine and was told that they were too busy, and I should just follow the instructions on the self serve machine poster/sign. I didnt argue, I just went ahead and left them a review on Google maps :)For example, if I go to Walmart and get stuck with a price scan at the self serve machine I get helped by staff/CSM or someone else that works there; on the other hand, this office depot doesnt seem to have the same customer satisfaction ideal.Poor customer service

Marco was truly awesome and went over and above for me. I am usually used to getting poor and unsmiling service in stores like this but Marco actually gives a hoot and took the time to make sure I got what I needed. I will not be going to any other office supply store in the future. If Marco cant help you--forget it, youre doomed lol.

Stop. Search no further for your furniture. Just had delivered to my home in VA the Nixon couch, Monroe chair and papa bear chair. This is without question the finest furniture I have ever seen. The materials and workmanship are outstanding; particularly the wood on the Monroe (wow). Lizz Pena was a big help overall and was able to help match the furniture with a beautiful rug.

Quick and easy - just how its supposed to be

I live near USC and have an corporate discount with Office Depot, otherwise I would not go to this location. Of the dozen or so times Ive been there in the past 4 years, the employees at the print shop often have no clue on anything print-related, and today it took 45 minutes just to get two little books spiral-bound. The service is extremely slow and in the past, the employees never asked if I wanted help finishing (cutting, binding) my print jobs. For one project, I ended up using scissors and cutting through 45 sheets of paper myself, when Im sure it couldve been done in 5 minutes on their machines. In terms of cleanliness, they must have a problem with sewage or something, because there are aggressive fruit flies near the counter that kept attacking me. I will go to the Culver City location from now on. Ive only been once, but it was night and day.

No complaints about the employees. They were very helpful and kind. My rating is regarding the pricing for lamination. 2.59 per SQUARE FOOT. 3 school posters came out to $26! Never again. My laminating business will go to Lakeshore. Same project easily less than $5.

Our beautiful Nixon loveseat in Lucky Turquoise and Kennedy chair in Majestic Pesto arrived yesterday. Big clean and neat storeNo complaints, the CS if you get lucky to find any its pretty good.Went there for copies. Did not want to deal wit self-service printers. So i asked the cashier to do it for me since no one was at the copy center, as soon as she could she jumped and did it for me. No complaints.Kind of empty and hidden store.!

Had a printing employee say he wouldnt work on my job because they charge by the click for bigger jobs. I said thats fine and he then followed by saying that he actually just didnt have the time to do it and wouldnt because its 8 oclock and late. (They close at nine) great job Eric

Awefully slow personell. The cashier takes his time to chat with customers and give them tips while there is a line. Granted they are polite, friendly, and helpful, but their efficiency is terrible.I was there picking up an online order. It took them 25 minutes to tell me that it isnt actually here and my confirmed ready-for-pickup email is wrong!So 40 minutes later, Im out of the store having achieved nothing. I dont know how much longer these guys are gonna be in business..

Horrible service. Went to get print outs that I had done many times at home. They came out zoomed in. Person there did not even attempt to help further but gladly accepted the 5 dollar service fee

We came to do a quick print job. Their service printers were down. After waiting 10 or so minutes, we were directed to the self service printers. The self service printers were easy to use.

Office Ripoff is as expected overpriced as usual a place that carries a decent selection of office supplies.I usually use their printing services, the staff is usually helpful, but at times they may be under staffed, would have given them a better review, but in one occasion I was turned away by (I am assuming) an assistant manager, because I wanted to have them print a 3 page project in color out of a thumb drive and he stated that he was to busy to do it. Nonetheless, other staff is usually helpful.

Was not satisfied with todays experience and can easily have a law suit for breaking their own return policy. I came in and wanted to return an item from a pickup order purchased from the other office depot store. I did not want to drive all the way back to return the item and the manager said you can not return the item in store, and return only online. That is completely false and is breaking Office depot return policy. Can easily have a law suit for breaking their own policy. Was not satisfied today. I hope this changes someday for this store and hope for them to have a better future.

First time here. I was a little lost and as soon as I walked in one of the employees asked me how he can help and directed me to the right place. I need it some copys and Marisol was alone in printing but she was fast, helpful and friendly...

A very low key and standard Office Depot. The printing services had no line at all so I was in and out very quickly. They also price match places like Amazon so I got 50% off the labels I bought

Have have shop at many Office Depot but I have never encountered what happen to me today and none the less by the manager his name is Marcos I believe ... I was told to bring my returns at the end of July so I did and he put right is telling me that I’m wrong and that not the day and there taking return but he will not take mine and I say why and he tell another employee to pull up the receipt and I yea let’s do that since this is the 3rd time I come to get a safe for my shops and he states right after the he will do it later an starts to argue with me very bad customer service if this what you are showing the rest of the staff the problem is his number will go down and then no bonus for him and that not right I did as I was told he should have at least gave me store credit but I will never buy there again

Want to get stopped and waste time putting bag on a rack that has no label to force you to put your bag since lady at printing section being bias then feel free to come here! I won’t be coming to this store ever again go to staples instead!

Everything was going very good until I reach the cashier, I paid with no ploblem. Then all of sudden she stars talking to a male co- worker (maybe a manager) and she stars using bad street language language. I dont think manager heard what she said. This experience made everything bad because I was with my kids and my kids just look at me kind of surprised. I am not going back to this place0

I was looking for greeting card stock and envelopes to make my own greeting cards. This particular location didnt have the variety that they used to. Also, their prices were higher than Staples. I bought my Avery greeting card set from Staples.

I come here every couple days as i need to print my tracking usps number and i drop off my packages here. Even if it take sometimes a awhile thats fine because there is always a dude there that just has this upbeat attitude.

Went shopping for school supplies with my sister. There was alot of people but they werr ablr to supply what everyone was looking for. Cashiers are not that friendly to customers but they sure have conversations with each other surely ignoring the customers. That was my experience that sunday. Plenty of parking.

The office Depot is very large about the size of an average best buy. But there are hardly any employees on the floor to assist customers, you would need to ask for someone to speak with.

Staff is easy to find and will assist you when you need. If they dont have an item they will call another location and find it for you.

You can drop off UPS packages here until store close, but if you need postage on the packages you have to get there before 4pm on weekdays. If you have already purchased postage for your UPS packages and just need to drop off - they are open late!

Beware of shipping through this Office Depot, delivery estimates are not accurate and trying to remedy the situation after the fact is fruitless as theres nothing we can do. Trying to remedy with FedEx yielded similar results Youd have to take it up with Office Depot to find out why they misquoted the delivery date, theres nothing we can do.
