Simply could not have had a better experience, anywhere. Im fairly certain of this. I was in a bind: I had a physically broken drive that I needed repaired or replaced ASAP, as it contained all of my computers data. Spoke with David on the phone. He was extremely kind and reassuring. Got to the store and spoke with Daniel - Davids son, and incredibly knowledgeable - about my options, and he managed to retrieve the data from my drive despite its condition. We spoke for a while, he sold me on a new drive (for the same price as it appears on Amazon, MINUS shipping, I might add!) and told me to come back that night or the next day to retrieve the cloned drive. Both Daniel and David stayed AFTER hours that night in order to complete my data transfer (900Gigs of data). Literally unwarranted kindness. The fee for the data transfer was $75, a price which was about a quarter of what I was expecting to pay.TL;DR If youre looking for computer advice, to build a new system, repairs or anything computer related, go here *first*. 10/10 service, great conversation and an enthusiastic willingness to kindly help the customer even when its not the most convenient for them.

I make a living off my laptop. Today I was in a tight situation and needed something solid. I shopped around and ended up at their store. The staff here was really awesome and helped me truly understand what I needed and what my options were. I saved a $1000+ compared to what I would have been spending at the apple store. They opened up the laptop and showed me how clean and new it was. Great spot with honest intentions. By the way, I believe they have financing for people without credit as well.

David was so helpful in facilitating a sale in which I had purchased the wring product. He had completely wiped the restocking fee and was super fair and honest in our transaction. This computer shop is a diamond in the rough, 100%. I am so glad I found this place because they really hooked me up with a 2018 MacBook Pro 15” and they also took my old MacBook as a trade-in. Came here today in a panic and in hopes of fixing my Mac book. Alas, there was too much water damage for repair. I was ~devastated~ to say the least because my work and school depends on a computer & I have no desktop. Absolutely superb service! Digicomps team fixed my 2011 iMac (replacement video card) when the Apple Genius technician advised it was too old for Apple to have the necesssary parts. Digicomps proprietor, David, was very informational and balanced in advising me beforehand about the expected remaining life of the unit, other likely issues of keeping this model of iMac for the next couple years, their cost of repair versus purchasing a new computer, and other factors both pro and con for doing the repair. I was able to make the decision confidently, knowing these factors, and fixing this iMac was the right decision for my circumstances. Moreover, once the decision was made, repair was done quickly and with really fine customer service attitude. I most highly recommend them!

I was looking for a MacBook, but with a limited budget... and I am so fortunate I found DigiComp today. All I had to do was tell him my low budget and they were very sympathetic to my situation... that they made exceptions or found many ways that I could get a functional MacBook at that price. Took me a while to write the review but I told you I would. I just had to spend time with my device before giving an honest opinion. Anywho Nancy and David both took care of me very well. I had store warrantee from them for my battery but unfortunately mine expired a week or less before I took it to them. Nancy did her best and was able to find a new one for me the very next day. Free installation and till today no problems with my laptop. Very satisfied

Do not buy here!!! Good service but they sold me a computer which broke within a two months and they will not do anything about! Another computer they sold me was riddled with viruses and I had to factory restore it. AVOID AVOID AVOID
