Picked up my stolen vehicle at this location, paid $306 to retrieve it. Customer service is business formality, not bad service but also not helpful.

Frank was super polite, speedy, and careful with my bike. He called when he was on the way. He arrived 20 minutes early. He called right when dropped my bike at the shop. And he wished me a happy Father’s Day. You can’t get any service better than that! I would call them again without a doubt.

Absolutely outstanding, most of the reviews are about waiting times and low stars, my opinion is everything takes time, no need to review with bad stars for wait time, I would agree 1 hr wait time is sufficient and wouldn’t mind the wait, everyone has things to do... if you’re impatient then that’s your problem. I called and dispatch sent me Chris right away! We did a contract with my landlord and I as a business owner. With no hesitation they came out right away! We signed & immediately anyone who was not supposed to be parked in our private property were leaving! Great way to show we mean business!

I was called and told my truck was recovered and was in this impound. when I spoke to the guy over the phone he confirmed that my truck was there and that the fees were $380. I was like fine. It took me no more than 20 mins to drive there, when i spoke with the same guy, he tells me its now $484 to take the truck because its the weekend and that was technically after hours. (-_-) I looked at the guy modify the total and adding the extra $100. I knew their scam and nothing i could do but to pay.before I paid, i kept asking, how do I know the status of the truck? is it drivable? the guy said, he didnt know the condition of the vehicle, and once we paid then I would be able to see it. I was like fine. *i paid the fee.the guy tells me to wait outside that they will bring the truck right out. (in my mind, i was like ok cool, its running). about 30 mins later, a guy comes out with a fork lift carrying the truck and they dump it in the street. he drives away and we are left with a truck thats missing tires and doesnt start. the battery and fuses were all missing,this place is completely unprofessional.

These guys have helped me out a couple of times, specifically Frank and Jerry, and they have been super nice, helpful, and very good with dealing with both my insurance company and my car mechanic shop. They were extremely prompt, pleasantly easy to deal with, and took excellent care of my car. I would highly recommend these guys.

Told me the wait was an hour for a flat bed, two hours later they showed up with a regular tow truck. Don’t call them if your broken down. Trash service.

I called and Jose #25 driver came out within 10 mins of my call and he helped put gas in my car made sure the Corvette started and directed me to the closest gas station. I was on my to the Hospital. Worst towing experience ever. They are trying to get more money from you with not letting you to authorize your towing company pick up your vehicle even when vehicle is released by police department. They are scam

Rude & hazardous drivers. Tonight one of their drivers (driving a flatbed tow truck) attempted to run us off the road. We were in the carpool entrance and he was trying to barge in, barely missed smashing us into a barrier. When we honked he started screaming misogynistic obscenities. People like that have zero business driving vehicles that large. We could not see his plate, or else we wouldve called LAPD. (On the side of the truck it says official police tow. Not sure how LAPD would like their official tow company driving like bloodthirsty psychopaths.)

Me and my family were stuck on the freeway with a blown tire after leaving the Dodger game so traffic was not good. My insurance company called Citywide and Johnny was there within 20 min....it was in a bad location to change the tire so he called the CHP to stop traffic and he followed me off the next off ramp....Johnny went above and beyond what he needed to , to make sure me and my family were safe. It was to late to get a replacement tire due to them being custom and he made sure the next day we got on the road again ...

I found my service to be very pleasant. I locked my keys in the car. I was updated with an eta of 10:34 but the guy came at 10:30. He left at the eta time. The service man was quick and friendly once the he arrived on scene. Maybe it was a lucky day, but the dispatcher I called to confirm eta was also nice as well. I wouldnt dismiss the bad reviews either, but from what I experienced City wide offered good service.

Terrible experience! My insurance company provided the incorrect address to the tow company, about a mile down the road. When they called us and realized we were not in the correct location, they told me to take care of it with my insurance company, cancelled my tow truck, and left a 20 year alone in a bad part of town in a parking lot at 3 am to wait another 40 min for service.Before I get judged for being out, my dad locked his keys in the car, he was getting out from job #1 to go to job #2. I switched cars so he wouldn’t be late and I was left to deal with such a terrible tow company!!When in need of someone to trust, they are not it!

Very terrible service....I came to pick up a stolen car that the officers came to pick up with absolutely NO CAUSE whatever... I called to ask if I was able to pick it up at the moment and they said it was okay, that its open 24 hours.... 2 hours is about to pass by AND IM STILL WAITING HERE..... & the receptionist guy still had the audacity to tell me he had emergencies to take care of..... yeah, SCAMMING THE COMMUNITY with unnecessary towing and pocketing the change of hardworking citizens... if you need to use a tow truck company, i recommend you guys to use a more reliable and people friendly service because this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Horrible and scary experience! This morning I broke down as I am pulling out of a driveway. I got stuck in the middle of a busy street. I was nervous and pretty much worried about a car running into. The road side services contracts with CITYWIDE TOWING. I was unable to push the car out of the way of traffic because the brakes were locked. I requested a long bed to tow my car. When the driver arrived an hour later, he was about to start pulling the car as supposed to lifting the car, I asked him if he can do the lifting not the pulling. Well, to my surprise he looked at me and said, “get somebody else to tow it” and that he didn’t want to “deal with me” because I was suggesting for him pick up my car rather than drag it. He rudely abandoned me and took off. He saw my car in the middle of the street and saw the jam of traffic I was causing and didn’t care whether someone else would come and hit me. I immediately called his office, just to be answered by another person with the same attitude. At this point I was astonished by these people’s attitudes. The owner told me that they weren’t going to help me and for me to hire somebody else because his driver said that I was telling him how to do his job. The worst part of the whole thing is he left me, a woman, in the middle of the street. :(

Excellent service.. that guy Phil is the F***ing man!!he changed my flat tire so fast in the rain, he was super nice. As for time he did the best anyone could do co accusing m considering the traffic.. im very grateful.

This place is terrible! My car was supposed to be towed to a dealer, but instead was sent to their yard. When I called to see if it had been towed to the dealer, I was told they were waiting for traffic to die down which wasn’t true. After a few hours I was told they didn’t have time to take it to the dealer so they called for another tow company to take the car to the dealer, but they wanted to charge me a storage fee of $65, which is bogus. Eventually they waived the fee and another company towed my car after hours of their mistake. Save yourself time and frustration by never using this company!

They towed my fathers truck and trailer, a week later he passed away. City wide wasnt will to help us at all they were completely heartless. They told us we had to get the death certificate and by the time we were able to get it, they had already destroyed everything my father owned.

Somehow, this company shows up and the driver knew my name and insurance company so I thought this was the tow company that was sent. Citywide Towing was printed on the tow truck. Turns out their driver lied to me but had somehow hacked into some system to get the limited info he needed to trick me! My car was supposed to be at a Collision Center the next day but because of this shady business, it is still awaiting being taken there. It has been 2 days already.BEWARE IF YOU ARE IN AN ACCIDENT!!! When a tow truck shows up, call to make sure the driver is actually from the company that is supposed to pick you up!I posted an image of the generic card the tow truck driver gave me. Notice the name is different from the business name listed in Yelp, however, the address is the same?! Why the two different names? More evidence of their trickery and more reason to be suspicious! I called them and spoke to a man named Al, he confirmed my car was in their storage lot: 371 W. Palmer Ave, Glendale, CA 91204. I wanted to confirm this because their business name listed here was different from the business name on the drivers card. After the trauma of being in an accident, it feels awful to be a victim of these unscrupulous tow truck companies!

Horrible drivers, one nearly collided with a semi when merging onto the 710 from the 405 N because he attempted to pass a car while there was only one lane, which almost forced that car off the road. Both the tow truck and semi had to stop completely to avoid an accident, stopping the right lane.

I called Ford so they could dispatch a tow company to help jumpstart my car. After the guy asked me several questions he told me my story didnt make sense or add up. He then proceeds to say uh uh whatever and I guess throughout our conversation which is very rude. When I simply saod sir can you jusy come out and do your job he tells me he doesnt have to do anything and for mw to find someone else to help me. He then hangs up the phone in my face leaving mw stranded on 106 degree weather. The lack of respect and compassion is baffling to me. If he acts this way at work, I wonder what other distasteful things he does smh!!! He will one day meet his maker and have to answer for his actions...

I requested a tow from this company around 6:30 am, at which time they stated that a truck was being dospatched. After 90 minutes of waiting I was called and informed that they were cancelling the dispatch, and that they were not going to help me. Extremely unhelpful and a lack of thoughtfulness resulted in a huge waste of time.

This towing service is not worth it. My insurence sended them to me and when they arrived they wanted to charge me 180$ to tow my pick up because it was to big

QUICK HEADS UP WHEN IN AN ACCIDENT SO IT DOES NOT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!Completely flabergasted and infuriated with this company and my experience with it!! My husband got into a car accident and was taken to the hospital when I arrived to the scene to check on the veichle citywide towing was already on the scene prepping to take the vehicle. I told them not to because I was going to call AAA to get it towed myself. They advices me not to they told me not to worry about it my insurance would pay for it anyways. After I spoke to my insurance they said It is my responsibility to go get it out of impound! So for 1/2 a day I now have to pay almost $400 instead of just going with AAA and not paying anything!! Thanks a lot!

This is a terrible company they took my friends car and were supposed to take it to infinity and instead they took it to their tow yard and now they’re asking for lots of money to get the car out. It was supposed to be in the infinities repair shop because my friend had an accident. It has already been in their tow-yard for over a week and the money is just racking up. this is very bad business, shame on them to pray on people!!!!!

DO NOT use their services. The dispatcher is rude, she wont let you speak, she assumes what your question or concern is before you finish telling her. It seems like she does not like her job hence the attitude. Also, they sent out a driver who took longer than time promised, and once he got here and my vehicle was on the tow truck, dispatch calls him and tells him he cannot drive my vehicle to its destination because he has been driving longer than he should. So, the driver took my car down from thr tow bed. I dont understand, why did they sent him in the first place? It appeats like they dont know what they are doing. Save yourself time and embarrassment.
