Dont bring your car here. Got my VW done here a while ago. Back when I got my warranty work done they did a horrible job. I had to go to another dealership where they fixed everything, and charged the DTLA VW shop. Recently I changed out my DSG fluid. There was a hard seal on the plug making it next level difficult to open. I eventually did, took some pics, and sent to various VW dealerships only to learn this isnt standard. Avoid this awful service shop and all their sister dealerships.
