I love this place. Arum is super friendly and knowledgeable and just a pleasure interact with. Helen in the office is a doll, so charming and friendly as well. They’re very prompt and fair in their services and Arum goes out of his way to research and communicate about issues that need to be repaired. Can’t recommend them enough.

So far great customer service I just dropped my car off 2010 GL450 Mercedes. It should be a simple fix of the right rear suspension. I will give you an update once I pick up my vehicles. But so far so goodThey did a great job. My car runs great and received a 2 yr warranty. Awesome job!

What an incredible experience! As a 25 year old girl, I constantly feel taken advantage of at auto shops. From the moment I spoke with the professional and friendly secretary to interacting with Aram (I hope I’m spelling his name right!) who worked on my car, I felt in good hands. The price was fair and the service was straight forward and expedient. Highly recommend and I know I’ll be going back.

Ran diagnostic and found error code. Mechanic said he would consult mercedes about the code. Never got a call back. Felt like a waste of an hour.

These guys always do work better and cheaper than anywhere else in town. Ive brought my car in 4 times for various work and every time they have been honest, straightforward, and quick with the work. I think part of why they are so good is they specialize in just the Mercedes brand and know the cars super well, and are good at diagnosing problems accurately without spending extra money on things you dont need. An honest family-run business, I highly recommend them.

I needed to have the headlights changed on my car. And it was done in 15 minutes. I could have done it myself. It wouldve taken me a lot longer. The customer service didnt stop there. This place DESERVES your business. I live in Austin, TX. All the MB shops were closed at the moment of crisis so I looked on the west coast because of the time difference. After calling several places and being basically told that I was up the creek, I thankfully got a hold of Ari right before he was leaving. He took the time to walk me through the process (roughly 30 mins), told me what my vehicle codes meant, and because of his advice and knowledge, I saved myself a $600 repair bill.He did it All for free. He even asked me to call him back to the next day to see if it worked.People like him are needed more in this world. If you need repairs, this is the only place you should go.

My family and i had gone to him over and over. Turns out he was ripping us off doing a very poor job so we had to keep coming back. i had my over heating problem fixed 3 times spent over 1100 dollars on it and it still broken. Please do not go here.
