I wanted to give a special shout-out to one of the best Property Managers I have had the pleasure of working with! Lewis- you are incredible, thank you for taking the time to welcome my roommate and I to the community.I recently toured the two-bedroom units and felt compelled to submit an application solely because we knew we were in great hands from a Managment perspective. To all of my fellow renters out there, you know how crucial friendly and efficient property management is. I can promise with certainty, you’ll find that here with Lewis. In the midst of a pandemic, he still too the time to safely and thoroughly show us the available units and made us feel at home. His friendly interactions with fellow residents, passion and commitment to the aesthetics of the property were an instant selling point.For anyone looking at the moment, I highly recommend. From Managment, the the units and unbeatable views of the hills; I have a feeling you will be thoroughly impressed.

Zero star review here! The leasing agent Abe was the most condescending person I’ve spoken to in my life. He completely discriminated against me since I’m a straight male and he leased out an apartment which I was scheduled to see. I explained to him that I used to live in this apartment as a child with my parents and it had more of an emotional attachment for me. This is the worst leasing agent and when I spoke to Jody his manager, she completely disregarded my complaint and sited with him. I would stay far away, i can only imagine how they treat you once you’re a resident.

They double charged my rent for months. When I caught it and talked with the interim manager she said don’t pay anything for that month until she looks into it further. I had lived there without incident for over a year; the next day the new manager put 3 day quit or pay notice which wasn’t even legal because it was a copy signed by old manager no longer employed by Greystar. Eventually I lost the battle and mist of my furniture which they held hostage and them tried to charge me for storing! Horrible management company! Research Greystar and their hundreds of complaints nationally! Including the balcony that killed 7 international students! Too bad, miss that rooftop!

Staying here for the weekend. Building looks nice from the outside, not much new from the inside but well maintained. Nice rooftop, gym and covered parking. Inside apts huge bedrooms, walking closets and nice view. There is always space for improvement but I think they do a good job overall.

Dopest apartments west of the Mississippi! Always clean! The most friendly hard working staff. FERNANDO IS THE MAN!! And Vicki is always the sweetest.They got laundry, Gym, secure building entries. Coffee! Amazing rooftop with fireplace and grill! Safe Parking. Super close to Everything.Absolutely thrilled about all Avana Sunset has to offer!!

I lived here for over a year and really love the apartment & complex. Roof is great and the gym gets the job done... the one thing that doesnt get the job done is whoever answers the phone in the main office. You can call the number as many times as you like, no one will answer. Ive been trying to speak with someone for over 3 days now and I have yet to speak to another human being. Also a little too pricey for the value $$$$$$$

We tried to look at an apartment in this building and even after setting up an appointment nobody was there. No call, no apology, nothing. Fortunately we talked to a person who lives there and we were told that they arent reliable at all and barely available. They do not care about their office hours and apparently not even about people who live their. It seems to be a very beautiful place but if you do not want to deal with people who arent reliable do not move there.

Not clean, smell of cats and dogs.No internet.Some of lights not working.I dont advise any one to come here.
