If you’re looking for an apartment, don’t move here!1. You’re not guaranteed a parking space. Every unit is supposed to come with a space, however, you may come home and be greeted by someone in your space.2. There’s a strong possibility that your washing machine will smell like mildew. You’ll likely want to do laundry off the premises.3. The building smells absolutely horrible, a zoo to say the least.4. Garbage is not disposed properly, and since maintenance is not working on weekends it piles up until the following week causing an overflow of smelly garbage.5. You may experience a weekend of vomit in the hallway if you’re lucky enough for 1 of your neighbors to have a weekend of partying and can’t hold their alcohol.6. There’s also a strong possibility that you may encounter animal urine or feces as you’re strolling to the elevator that may or may not work.7. If you have packages delivered have them shipped to your job because you live amongst thieves.Lastly, if it looks too good to be true, it is - spend your money elsewhere.

Me and my roommates are young creatives in the Los Angeles / Hollywood industry. Art to corporate America.
