WP used to be great. Service is now terrible and waited over 40 minutes to be picked up. They e cut the number of shuttles so be prepared to WAIT. Was about to call an Uber. There are many other options I would advise using.

I recently had to use Wally park as the usual parking spot I use was full. I booked online, and boy was that a mistake. The initial quote was ~$100 for parking at 6:00 AM Friday, and picking up Noon on Monday. I was charged for 4 days.My return flight was delayed 8 hours. You would think that because I had already paid for 4 full days, that would be it, and the initial quote should be fine.WallyPark charged me an ADDITIONAL $30 to leave the garage. I would encourage everyone to only park here as a last resort, or if you must park here, dont bother to do an online reservation.

I went here today for a COVID test, and Im a little bit confused by what one of the signs mean outside. I didnt take a photo, but it says not for China parking, not sure what they meant by this, but it does not sound friendly at all. Besides that, the staff were friendly and did their jobs fine.

Wallypark used to be such a great service but it has severely declined. Time to find another parking service. My primary complaint was the pickup when we arrived back in LA. We waited for over 45 minutes with the three WallyPark buses that finally did come by, shoot past us as they were full. Not acceptable. We valet parked and it wasnt ready when we got to the facility. Employees didnt seem to care. TIME TO MOVE ON.

Carlos at WallyPark Express was friendly, helpful and apologetic for the LA traffic. This is an excellent spot across from Lot C with a shuttle.

Ive used WP Express several times over 2019 and never had any issues up until my recent travels this year. The crew behind the desk and administration are friendly and courteous, but the drivers need much improvement.The drivers in particular dont pull over to the pick up curb after you text them your arrival info. They simply do a drive-by honk and keep driving on (eventhough youre running your tail off shouting while trying to catch that shuttle). Other shuttle buses will actually pull over, stop, and wait for their passengers. Theyve done this several times to me, so I no longer use this company. I give them 2-stars instead of 1, only because the lady behind the counter/phones were courteous. The hassle over trying to catch a shuttle (to and from) for pick up is just not worth it.P.S. 1.) Drivers dont assist with bags, 2.) They service Marriott so expect a stop there prior to going to LAX

Not sure why it’s called express pickup is prompt but then they stop at hotels and finally drop you off. Then pickup is slow and not many shuttles and again you stop at hotels. You can park anywhere else further away and still get there and back faster. Not worth the price

Highly recommend WallyPark Express, located near LAX lot D. The process are about the same as LAX long term parking, and the location is very secure. Shuttles run 24/7 but the signs on the bus can be hard to see from curbside for the return trip back to your vehicle from the airport. CRITICAL NOTE: WallyPark Express is at a different location that WallyPark and uses a different shuttle.

Awful experience. Waited for over 30 minutes after arrival. Saw many Parking Spot shuttles but not one Wally Park Express. When a Wally Park shuttle came around we got excited only to hear they don’t or won’t take Wally Park Express customers. Husband had to call the office and was told the drivers come around every 10 minutes (no!). When the driver finally arrived he did not assist with the bags, was completely sullen and did not say one word on the drive back. Warning: they also service Marriott so buyer beware. Never again. For the price I expected better.

Your better off making reservations with quick park lax online ahead of time, online and save a few bucks. Don’t count on lot c to park, It will be full due to construction. Wally express takes advantage and is over priced. The shuttle took too long to pick us up and it smelled like pee.

DO NOT PARK HERE. Waited over an hour to get back to the lot after my flight had landed. The shuttles take forever, half of them don’t stop, and apparently there are 2 different Wally Parks. Along with a few others, I got on the wrong bus and the driver had us get off the bus and wait for the other instead of dropping us off, even though the other lot was along the way. What kind of amazingly low customer service is that?!? Never again using this lot.

Waited for the bus for 20 minutes only to be told that I have to go downstairs and wait by a hotel shuttle pick up for a silver shuttle. I go and wait and nothing. I call the place and tell them I need to be picked up. They were suppose to send someone but nothing. I’ve been here for over and hour. This is ridiculous. I could have walked there and back. Had to take a lyft to this place. I wouldn’t recommend this parking place to anyone. Unless you have 2 hours to waste at the airport.

Duration of parking was not quite 3 days and total charge was $68 dollars. Shuttle drop off at midnight was excellent, however pickup on return arrival was scarce and disappointing. The Manager, when I called to speak w/ him, said they charge the highest rates around because they are 24/7 and closest to LAX. Based on his value proposition was it worth it? Absolutely not. Never again! I hope you learn from my unsatisfactory experience & wasted time/money.

Your shuttle drivers need to get it together. The first two drove by without even making an effort to tuck in and acknowledge if they had riders waiting. The pick-up traffic was thick, but there was no way to even flag them when they are speeding by (with open seats) two lanes out. The third shuttle pulled up, stopped, waved randomly... and as we were quickly approaching, he drove off. We have called three times to confirm where we are and how long we have been waiting. 43 minutes.

The staff here is amazing! First my purse handle broke change went flying all over the parking lot, a staff member rushed to my assistance grabbed every penny and handed it to me. Then my car battery had died they did everything in their power to try and help and checked up on me and my daughter every couple minutes to make sure we were okay. Literally the nicest, most courteous people EVER!!!

Do not use this parking garage under any circumstance. I was just charged an extra day at $20 even though I spent the less than 24 hours in the parking lot. Their shuttles are garbage. Their facilities are garbage. I spent a whole hour waiting for a shuttle to pick me up on the upper level which never came. I wish they would have told me when I was dropped off that they only pick up on the lower level. Because of the delay they charged me for an extra day. Go anywhere else. The extra cost is well worth it. If you were screwed over by this terrible company please let me know for a possible class action lawsuit. I know there are a lot of you out there. This is the only way they will ever learn.

I had to wait more than 30 minuets for the shuttle to arrive. While waiting, I could see shuttles for other parking and rental cars coming so frequently. I had to call the office three times, but they had no option to help me except telling me that the shuttle is coming. It was so bad experience as I had my family with me being so tired and feelings frustrated for the poor service. This parking is changing guests too much and must run more buses. In fact, it wasn’t my choice in the first place, but I had to park there as parking lot C was almost full and rate was raised accordingly. In addition, I had no background about this place. Later on, I went through the reviews and believe they are fare rating this place with one star. I would not park over here if I read the reviews in advance. I strongly don’t recommend this place at all and advise you to look for other alternatives before driving to the airport.

I had the worst experience. Waiting over 30 minutes and watching literally every other shuttle company go by multiple times. Calling every 10 minutes. They say they send shuttles but only one ever came by and it blew past me with a full sign on. When you just want to go home there’s nothing more frustrating than bad customer service and standing outside waiting for a shuttle and wishing you parked someplace else.

By far the greatest rip off in all of California. You will wait over 1 hour to get back to your car. No one will tell you where to be picked up. There is a sign in upper level for WallyPark premier only. Downstairs it’s a wild guess where you can be picked up. You can call them and they will strictly inform you that the red hotel shuttle sign is where you get picked up and then reprimand you that there was a shuttle there a minute ago .There is no coupon. There is no promo code. It’s all lies.

Showed up on the morning of my flight with a confirmed and prepaid reservation, only to find ALL the entrances coned off and full signs out front. No one was around the yard to explain what was going on nor did anyone respond to honks. Finally had to just leave my car, with my rear end sticking out into Sepulveda Blvd and go into the office to sort it out. When I explained that I had a prepaid reservation but couldn’t get into the lot the woman in the office was totally rude, utterly unapologetic and just said “oh, drive around to (another) entrance and just move the cones yourself and pull in. We’re full for everything but reservations.” And then after that they drive by the Marriot to pick up passengers there before taking me to the airport. Seriously?!?!? The worst customer service interaction I’ve had in a long time. The only reason they get any stars at all is because the young gentleman who drove me over was very nice. Same fellow picked me up in the return and was very courteous again.Why pay extra to park at Express if it’s not faster? Lot C is about as good an option at 30% less. What a total disappointment.

I was four hours late arriving back on my reservation. Partially because they took over 45 minutes to pick me up and another 20 minutes to get out of the airport. Never mind that the reservation charged me for four days when even with the being late, I only parked 3.5. They demanded I pay an extra day at full rate. There are too many other places to park. Ive had it with them. They used to be a great place to park, but they get worse every time I use them. Unless you want to pay their valet rates, you are not important to them. Never again.

I will never park here again. Three consecutive bad experiences. This place has never been the same since it was Valet Air Park. Price is sky high and the shuttles are small and they run the fewest shuttles of any parking lot company. Few shuttles and small shuttles result in long waits and standing on the shuttle. You’re better off walking to the terminal.

I parked here for the first time after my favorite lot was full. I figured it would be a good time to shop around. This is the worst parking lot in the LAX area. I base that on the fact that after 30 minutes of waiting for a shuttle, I became very familiar with the shuttles that were frequently running. Wally Express was not one of them. I called twice and it still took forever. In addition, there was one vacant parking spot when I pulled in inspite of the fact that they were showing availability in the lot. Do yourself a favor, go ANYWHERE else but here.

Easy to get in and shuttle drivers are good. However, if you need help on a pre-paid reservation, dont expect it. I paid in advance and could not access my confirmation number on the spot, so had to pay twice. Took forever to get someone, since customer service line only goes to cashier, who apparently cannot look anything up on her computer. Crazy. Wasted a lot of my time I will never get back

Horrible customer service by the female parking attendant upon leaving lot. She was very rude, had a horrible attitude and was trying to keep me from taking a photo of the customer service number so I wouldn’t complain about her. Plus I waited a half-hour for the shuttle, which wouldn’t have even stopped for me if I didn’t get in the middle of the road at LAX to flag it down. I wasn’t even offered any help with my bags. Additionally, the lot was completely full. It was a huge hassle finding parking. Will not be parking here again.

Very frustrating waiting so long for a shuttle. Several Premier shuttles did pass-by often. I travel quite often for business and find that in most cities it is not this bad. Improve your service or you will be obsolete!

We watched two shuttles whiz by three lanes away from he curb so there was no way they couldve pulled over. We waved at them and he driver indicated he was going back around but we never saw him. We called two times and then the Wally Premier shuttle came by and said he called them. We waited at least 30We only parked there because we couldnt find the lot we intended to park in.Im only giving them one star because you cant give no stars. Hopefully our car will still be in the lot. That would be worth one star.

The shuttle was not a bad wait, but having the driver stop and wait for individuals in the parking lot still unloading luggage, then driving to a hotel to pick up more people was idiotic! We missed our flight and couldnt get another flight it the next day. Slept at the airport with wife and three kids. If the drive would of driven straight to airport we would of made our flight.

October 17 2017 . I arrived at this place with my motor home to park it for two weeks. I asked the total price and they told me 200 USD. October 31 2017 I go back to collect the vehicle: total charge on my card 400 USD. I told them that I wouldnt pay double of they asked me. Theyre saying that I miss understood. I wasted 2 hours in useless discussions. If I dont pay my vehicle cant leave the place. I had to pay and leave. I go to the car wash and noticed that the passenger lock was forced and the door open. I dont have any other options than going to the police now. And Im a foreign tourist and thats makes things even more difficult for me. I hope this review will open up the eyes of the people about this place. For first time users this is the worst customer service. I asked the front desk where do we get picked up, response: Same place you get dropped off. Uumm, not the same place. If you fly Southwest you must walk towards terminal 2 to catch the shuttle back to Wally Parking (upper level, meaning ticketing). Also, when I called them to ask once we landed, their response was vague and again no mention of walking towards terminal 2.Used a Groupon to pay and this was smooth. Our car was ready when we arrived at Wally Parking. All the workers, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk when in person were great. Would recommend, just ask as many questions before you arrive.

I used to love this place when it was Valet AirPark. Ever since Wally Park took over the service has gone downhill. After parking there for over 20 years, Im out of there. Service is slow, many drivers dont help with bags, folks at the desk dont show any concern, calls to complain are not returned. Evidently Wally Park doesnt care.

Absolutely horrible! The man answering the phone was loud and spoke too fast. He wouldnt let you get a word in edgewise. When I called back because two vans had passed me.i thought perhaps with all the airport noise and him speaking so fast I misunderstood. Waited over half hour to get picked up ..called the number on the receipt and was answered very rudely when asked when the shuttle was coming ..then was on hold for 10 minutes with no response back. Could hear the customer service rep talking to other people the whole time.Called back after being on hold fir 10 mins and the SUPERVISOR Derrick answered saying they never put anyine on hold .Tried to explain to him what is happening and it was definaetly not in a calm voice by me, at which point I was was told that if I wanted to picked up or not??Wth! I am a paying customer and if the supervisor is leading like this i am sure the company needs to coach on what customer service means .The firat and last time i will ever use them and there definaetly will not be any recomendations . worst customer service ever. Wally Park stole my money! I registered a reservation through Airport Parking Reservations. They took my money, then made me pay again when I left the lot - they disavowed any knowledge of a 3rd party site, yet they are featured prominently on the 3rd party site. I would avoind uisng these thieves at all cost!

I have used this parking lot for 2 years. It saddens me to see the decrease in quality of service over time. The last three times, all other parking lots had 3 different shuttles drive by and after 10-15 minutes a Wally Express came. I wish there was a way to turn back time.

We waited for 2 hours,, yes 2 hours for then to pick us up and they never did! We arrived at the airport at 6:30 pm and made it to shuttle pickup area at 7:30 pm,,, never saw one of wallypark express vans, so at 8:00 I called them,, they said they were coming, at 830 I called again and they told me that the van just pass by and didnt see us (BS) call again at 8:50 and they were on the way at 9:10 We decide it to go and take the lot C shuttle and walked to their lot arriving at 9:30,,, yes 2 hours of waiting!!!! unbelievable!! I saw wally park (the red vans) and many other shuttle companies pass by around 10 times!!!!! save yourself the hassle and use a different company, never again!!!!!!

Maybe we got lucky with timing, but there was a shuttle ready to go at the lot for pick up and only had to wait 8 minutes for pickup at LAX. Make sure you look for the WallyPark Express bus which is gray. There are other WP buses that are red and only go to the WP garage, not the express lot.

At LAX waited over 30 mins - got on a red shuttle, told him Im on the 4th floor, told me to go to Wally express shuttle, waited 10 more minutes, got on a Wally Express, drove - decided to confirm with driver as they obviously dont have their act together, this driver told me Wally express doesnt have a 4th floor, waited another 10 mins to get on the first bus. Ive never written a review on google - but Im never using Wally park again. I use them in San Diego all the time and solid - out of principle i will no longer use wallypark.

Others were also waiting just horrific!!! If you could avoid this please please do do not spend your money here !!!!! We had to get a taxi there to get my vehicle so whats the point of their transportation its a trashy business! Avoid this place!!!

Terrible attitude and terrible service, will never park again. It took longer to get to the lot than flying. Cashier showed attitude and was very rude, supervisor was next room with door opened and turned his back on me when I told that I want to speak to supervisor.

We have been waiting for a shuttle for half an hour constantly calling to customer service and being told that they need couple of minutes. Never ever ever use their services.
