We used LA Limo to pick us up at the LAX airport and drive us to our Long Beach Hotel for our 30th anniversary cruise. They were prompt and courteous. The car was super clean. The driver was awesome and he gave us an extra tour of Long Beach before dropping us at the hotel. It was very cool. I will definitely use them again.

I was really excited to rent a Newport Party Bus for my family reunion. I had 19 people including myself and we all had a blast! The bus took us from West Los Angeles to Universal Studios and back. The driver was on time, accommodating and courteous. Despite all the bathroom breaks every 20 mins the driver was nice enough to stop at a restroom for us. First I was not sure to get a party bus or not from Los Angeles Limo Service,since I saw 2 bad reviews about them,but I just decided to try and call them.First of all I surprised how the customer service was over the phone. Alex explained everything starting A-Z about limos and party buses and directed to their site for pictures of actual vehicles they have in their fleet,also offered to visit their facility to see them.By trusting him,I reserved the 26 passenger Ford F550 party bus,but again wasnt sure,if I am going with dependable company.Anyway,3 days before my event I received the call from dispatcher,who confirmed my reservation and again the day of the service in the morning received the call from our driver Rudy,who also introduced himself and gave my his mobile number.He was 20 minutes early on pick up location and text me by notifying that he is at the pick up location.The party bus was extremely clean and stocked with drinks and ice.The service was outstanding.I dont understand how people can leave this 2 bad reviews about this company. I highly recommend their services to every one,who needs party bus or limo in Los Angeles.

Great communication from reservation until pickup. Company confirmed reservation immediately by email and told us when our driver was on pick up location. The driver then text to confirm his location as well. Driver was very polite and courteous and the service was on time and took us to the door of our destination.I wish I had your service in every city I travel to.Definitely would use them again!

We had a great experience with Los Angeles Limo Service. We did not want to rent a car, while UBER and LYFT would have been less expensive, this company grabbed our luggage, and had access to parking that was just outside of baggage claim, we walked off the plane, got to baggage claim, walked out a door and we were off. Could not have been easier. The driver was FANTASTIC to my kids - they LOVED the limo rode to our resort and they felt like superstars arriving. We previously planned to use UBER to get back to the airport, however the process was so simple, we just had them come get us and drop us off at the airport for the ride back. Made it SUPER simple. Great people with the customer as their priority.

I called this company to see if the reviews were legitimate. They were NOT! A women by the name of LeAnn answered sounding like she had been smoking since the age of 5. She hung up the phone before I could even finish the my conversation. Very rude customer service. I advise you try calling this place for yourself before booking online.
