Came here with a friend and we shared the Tea Leaf salad. This was pretty good compared to what Ive had. It did seem a little lacking in the leaf department, with a lot more nuts. I had the Basil Chicken lunch entree. Their lunch entrees are good because they come with soup, salad and rice for about $7.50. The soup and salad are definitely nothing great, but whatever. My basil chicken was okay. Nothing too special about this dish.

Im wondering how my previous review was deleted.As of August 1st, they were still working on breaking down cargo from July 13th. Slower than ocean freight. Our cargo is going to miss the event and were going to have to try to claw back our money from China Southern for breech of contract.DO NOT USE CHINA SOUTHERN FOR CARGO TO LAX.

Girls talk to much and dont work properly

The most unorganized location of all .The warehouse is a mess.They dont have a check in system so the employees there never know whos next. And at times they start skipping people to help drivers who they know or get paid off for help.All of the supervisors there have no care in the world for you and your wait time.

For how busy it is at this warehouse, having one forklift driver seems irresponsible. Three hours and still waiting for my boxes.

Very poor service for drivers driving over night from San Francisco to LAX, we wait on line over 5 hours, saying that they dont have space for the cargo, by supervisor and manager. and they so rude to speak to drivers.

You usually wait 1 to 2 hrs on a good day they have 1 portable potty its so disgusting they never clean it and the employees are so but so lazy

This is the worst Cargo Airline in LAX area. The waiting regular time is AT LEAST THREE HOURS. If you have a pick up here DONT make any plans and just be prepare to waist your time. IF YOU ALL DONT BELIEVE ME ASK ANY TRYCK DRIVER AROUND THE AREA.

They are working really hard. Some of the confusion isn’t in their control, but they do their best and helped me or a bunch.

I dont want put even one star, service worst in the world. No restroom to custom, waiting for hours and hours.
